Very bad phone service, you guys take a lifetime to answer and when they answer they leave the phone on mute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Globauto é provavelmente a mais completa loja em Niterói. Os preços dificilmente destoam do praticado pelas demais lojas. Os pontos negativos ficam mais por conta da necessidade de modernização. Apesar de já haver atendimento pelo WhatsApp a imensa maioria é via telefone e pelos mesmos vendedores presenciais. Por isso a loja parece uma central de telemarketing. Muito falatório e telefone tocando o tempo todo. A página da loja é bem pobre e basicamente para divulgar os contatos. Pelo estoque da empresa poderiam facilmente implementar uma loja virtual e disponibilizar mais formas de compras (chat, compra on-line, entrega rápida, etc). A Globauto sofre do mesmo problema da maioria das lojas de autopeças em Niterói. Elas ficam em locais difíceis de estacionar. As 3 vagas que são oferecidas rapidinho acabam. Mas minha sugestão principal seria separar os atendentes presenciais do atendimento telefônico. A experiência de compra do cliente seria muito melhor.
Globauto is probably the most complete store in Niterói. Prices hardly differ from those practiced by other stores. The negative points are more due to the need for modernization. Although there is already service through WhatsApp, the vast majority is via telephone and by the same in-person sellers. That's why the store looks like a telemarketing center. Lots of chatter and phone ringing all the time. The store's page is very poor and basically to promote contacts. Due to the company's stock, they could easily implement a virtual store and make available more ways to purchase (chat, online purchase, fast delivery, etc.). Globauto suffers from the same problem as most auto parts stores in Niterói. They are in hard to park places. The 3 places that are offered quickly run out. But my main suggestion would be to separate the in-person attendants from the telephone service. The customer's shopping experience would be much better.

Eu já havia ido a várias lojas e não encontrava a peça que precisava, em algumas, informaram que nem fabricavam mais... querendo que eu comprasse o conjunto inteiro das peças, (mais caro, óbvio). Na Globauto encontrei e em nenhum momento tentaram me enganar. Nota 10.
Good service and a variety of pieces that impresses. I had already gone to several stores and couldn't find the part I needed, in some, they reported that they didn't even manufacture anymore... wanting me to buy the entire set of parts, (more expensive, obviously). At Globauto I found it and at no time did they try to deceive me. Grade 10.
