Semanalmente cobrávamos retorno, mas sem sucesso sob alegação de falta de peça. Ao solicitarmos o telefone novamente, após muita insistência foi entregue faltando várias peças e sem funcionar absolutamente nada. Falta de responsabilidade e profissionalismo vc encontra na Globocell
I don't recommend this store to anyone. Unfortunately, we had a device sent for maintenance and it remained there for 5 months (believe me!). Weekly we charged return, but without success due to lack of part. When we asked for the phone again, after much insistence it was delivered missing several parts and absolutely nothing working. Lack of responsibility and professionalism you find at Globocell
