★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em julho precisei de uma assistência por um problema no iPhone 7 Plus, em outubro,tive o mesmo problema e fui novamente na loja para resolver, após uma avaliação,me retornaram dizendo que o problema do meu celular era a PLACA e não a fonte de carga,como imaginei que fosse. ( fonte de carga: 150,00 // placa: 500,00 )
Deu pra entender o por que, de identificarem o problema na ‘placa’ e não no que realmente era.
Não satisfeito e desconfiado,levei meu celular para Cell Phone Savassi, lá o técnico abriu meu celular e informou que só faltavam os parafusos internos e a blindagem do meu celular, realizou o reparo por 120,00 economizei 380,00 por ter encontrado um profissional honesto e competente.
Nunca mais vou nessa loja e muito menos recomendarei a alguém.
Querem “GANHAR” independente do problema do cliente.

Isso é o de menos!
Pior de tudo é o atendimento,parece que eles estão fazendo um favor pra vc.
Simplesmente chega ,fala que o touch da tela não acende ,que queimou.
- Não te da uma resposta convincente.
- Vc pedi pra falar com técnico, para ter uma resposta convincente e saber o valor do conserto da tela....Técnico não fala com cliente!Paguei o conector que eles trocaram.Peguei meu celular queimado e vou arrumar em outro local.Eles queria era mais 220 reais para arrumar a tela.
Vendedores mau educados,gerente nem si fala.
O gerente não estava no local e não tinha ninguém responsável pela loja.
Vale com vendedor que reportaria o descaso nas redes sociais,ele disse que poderia postar.
Então esta feito!
Tive que esperar mais de 30 minutos na loja.
Quando ele chegou,era melhor não ter chegado.Como um proprietário consegue colocar um cidadão mau educado como aquele de gerente de sua loja.
Depois que vi a atitude do gerente que me entregou o celular,simplesmente me virou as costas.
Percebi o porquê a equipe e tal mal educada.
Agora se vc for comprar,te trata como rei.
Se for para solucionar problemas,tá ferrado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu tel as 10:00 da manhã entrei em contato as 18:00 me disseram eu eu ja podia retirar o aparelho, ao chegar a loja o motoboy nem tinha saido pra entregar meu tel, um desrespeito aguardei por 40 minutos e quando o rapaz chegou com meu tel a moça da loja colocou pra carregar e não estava funcionando é brincadeira! Um povo sem educação sem carisma agem como se estivessem fazendo um favor mais não estão sendo pagos e caro pelo serviço.
