I am a client of Ida manicure / epilator. It does an excellent service and the price is right. However the salon sins for lack of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É com muita chateação que deixo o meu desabafo aqui. Tive a infelicidade de fazer uma escova inteligente neste salão. Resultado: a escova desbotou meu cabelo todo, meu cabelo ficou na cor laranja queimado. Nunca imaginei que sairia desse salão da forma que sai, sem falar no atendimento PÉSSIMO. Funcionários fazendo serviços em outros funcionários. Tivemos que esperar porque eles estavam lavando e fazendo escovas neles mesmos.
Não recomendo nem para um inimigo.
Resultado: tive que buscar ajuda em outro salão para consertar o ERRO deles.
It is with a lot of annoyance that I leave my outburst here. I was unfortunate enough to make a smart brush in this salon. Result: the brush faded all my hair, my hair was burnt orange. I never imagined that I would leave this room the way it does, not to mention the terrible service. Employees doing work for other employees. We had to wait because they were washing and making brushes themselves.
I don't even recommend it to an enemy.
Result: I had to get help from another salon to fix their ERROR.

Meu cabelo virgem , a pessoa estragou , pedi morena iluminada e sai com um cabelo laranja , voltei para arrumar e sai com um cabelo tingido mechas inversas da cor do meu cabelo para disfarçar a cagada que fizeram. Não indico!
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience in this salon, I paid dearly for an apprentice service. Think of a disgust in my hair. My virgin hair, the person spoiled, I asked for a light brunette and went out with orange hair, I went back to fix it and went out with dyed hair in reverse hair color to disguise the shit they did. I do not indicate!
