Sou o tipo de cliente que quer receber a velocidade contratada mesmo se tiver usando só o ZAP. Tenho mania de ficar medido velocidade ?
Mas de qualquer forma não tenho motivo pra trocar .
Recomendo muito .
 Very good the internet does not fall, I would not say unstable fluctuates a lot should be more stable.
I am the type of customer who wants to receive the contracted speed even if using only the ZAP. I have a habit of getting speed measured ?
But either way I have no reason to change.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso a meses e tem época que oscila bastante. Atendimento melhorou muito. Pago 200MB mas é difícil acreditar q é 200mb, pois muitas vezes não apresenta tamanha rapidez, não sei se é pelo número de pessoas q utilizam, nunca fui informada. (bairro cidade industrial)
I've been using it for months and there are times when it fluctuates a lot. Service has improved a lot. I pay 200MB but it's hard to believe that it's 200mb, because it often doesn't show that fast, I don't know if it's because of the number of people who use it, I've never been informed. Awful. I'm from the Jardim Industrial neighborhood and we've been without internet for almost 2 days and the consultant CARLOS doesn't give back on resolution and ignores the messages. Lack of zeal with consumers!!!
