Não nos deixou visitar novamente o apartamento antes da assinatura do contrato para tirar duvidas e medidas, além de ofender-nos dizendo que estávamos "criando polemica"!!! Esta é a forma de tratar um cliente? principalmente em fase de assinatura de contrato? falta de profissionalismo e educação!
Terrible customer service from Ms. Guacira. He didn't let us visit the apartment again before signing the contract to take questions and measures, in addition to offending us by saying that we were "creating controversy"!!! Is this how to treat a customer? mainly at the contract signing stage? lack of professionalism and education!
