★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos há mais de um mês aguardando a papelada de encerramento do contrato com a vistoria de saída. O antigo sócio era maravilhoso, nos atendia prontamente, porém com a mudança de gestão virou uma bagunça. Perderam o contrato de prestação de serviço (locação e administração) e por isso estão segurando o encerramento do contrato. Um serviço que demora em torno de 48 horas, está demorando mais de um mês. Meu marido e eu ligamos lá diariamente e ninguém nos atende.
 We have been waiting for more than a month for the paperwork to close the contract with the exit survey. The former partner was wonderful, he attended to us promptly, but with the change of management he became a mess. They have lost the service contract (leasing and administration) and are therefore signing the contract. A service that takes around 48 hours, is taking more than a month. My husband and I called there daily and no one answered.
