★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa se modernizar com urgência. O cliente precisa insistir no contato e ainda se deslocar para levar documentação. As demais corretoras ja aceitam por e-mail. Outro ponto é a avaliação para ser inquilino... Essa foi a primeira corretora que me recusou pelo fato de eu ter 3 meses de trabalho no novo emprego, sendo q eu levei histórico dos trabalhos anteriores. Nunca tive esse problema com outras corretoras. Sugiro os proprietários de imóveis procurar outra corretora para administrar seus imóveis.

Another point is the appraisal to be a tenant ... This was the first brokerage firm that refused me because I had 3 months of work in the new job, and I took a history of previous jobs. I have never had this problem with other brokerages. I suggest homeowners look for another broker to manage their properties.

(sou Chileno, moro no Brasil faz 4 anos, gerente de hotel, salário bom, o suficiente para alugar uma casa de R$1100,00.
Acabei alugando outra mais cara por R$1700,00 de outra imobiliária que me atendeu muito bem.
Agendei visita para uma sexta feira. Me programei para poder ir. Uma hora antes o cara me liga para confirmar. Confirmei. Ele me pergunta se eu sou estrangeiro, falei que sim.
15 min depois me liga a atendente falando que não o cara teve um problema e que não vai poder me mostrar a casa. E que precisava reagendar para sexta feira da próxima semana.
Perguntei, não tem antes?
Não, só na sexta feira mesmo.
Aí pedi para uma amiga ligar e agendar uma visita. E para ela, milagrosamente deram uma visita para segunda feira. Ou seja, para mim não tinha né?
Para piorar a situação, chegou segunda feira e fui ver a casa com ela. Gostei do imóvel, assim que pedimos os documentos para fazer o seguro fiança na Porto seguro. Quando liguei, fui muito mau atendido. Gravei todas as ligações, porque eu não estava acreditando nesse preconceito. E sim, era só comigo que fui mau atendido. Desconheço o nome da moça, mas nunca, nunca mais recomendo.
Parece que eles nem querem alugar o imóvel, porque ainda está aí disponível.

(I am Chilean, I have lived in Brazil for 4 years, hotel manager, good salary, enough to rent a house for R$1100.00.
I ended up renting a more expensive one for R$1700.00 from another real estate agency that served me very well.
I scheduled a visit for a Friday. I programmed myself to go. An hour before the guy calls me to confirm. I confirmed. He asks me if I'm a foreigner, I said yes.
15 minutes later, the attendant calls me saying that the guy had a problem and that he won't be able to show me the house. And that I needed to reschedule for Friday of the next week.
I asked, don't you have it before?
No, only on Friday.
So I asked a friend to call and schedule a visit. And for her, they miraculously paid a visit for Monday. That is, for me it didn't, right?
To make matters worse, Monday arrived and I went to see the house with her. I liked the property, so we asked for the documents to make the surety bond at Porto Seguro. When I called, I was treated very poorly. I recorded all the calls, because I was not believing in this prejudice. And yes, it was just me that I was treated badly. I don't know the girl's name, but I never, never recommend it again.
It seems they don't even want to rent the property, because it's still there.

Na hora de alugar foram ótimo, depois pra deixar o imóvel todos os empecilhos que puderam colocar eles deram um jeito, super grossos e sem nenhuma educação, pediram pra pintar a parede de dentro do guarda-roupa para devolver a casa, pintar de branco, sendo que recebemos a casa com as paredes do guarda-roupa na cor preta e não houve nenhum desgaste até porque é a parede de dentro do guarda-roupa não é mesmo?! Enfim, horríveis, mandaram o laudo de vistoria, fizemos tudo que pediram, todos os reparos que nos alegaram e depois da entrega da chave, quando tudo estava ok, papeis de devolução já assinados, já haviam informado que estava tudo em ordem, acionaram o seguro, onde recebemos informação de um sinistro para que passássemos cascolac lá no piso de madeira de um comodo e das escadas da casa (não recebemos a casa com piso passado cascolac, recebemos do mesmo modo que foi devolvida, sempre foi feito uso de tapetes na comodo) e cobraram $1800 através do seguro, agiram totalmente de má fé, pois não informaram nada disso no ato da vistoria, não tem nada disso escrito em contrato e conforme a vistoria realizada na data não havia nenhuma pendencia no imóvel, tenho todos os comprovantes disso, fora o absurdo do valor cobrado alegando que era pra passar algo que não chega nesse valor nem contratando o melhor profissional, enfim, horríveis, tem muitas outras imobiliárias serias e compromissadas na região, não recomendo a Godoy, infelizmente tive mais dores de cabeça do que felicidade ao contrata-los e tudo que eu queria e buscava era soluções simples e concretas para minha mudança, o que não houve.

Anyway, horrible, they sent the inspection report, we did everything they asked for, all the repairs they claimed to us and after handing over the key, when everything was ok, return papers already signed, they had already informed that everything was in order, they triggered the safe, where we received information about a claim so that we could pass cascolac there on the wooden floor of a room and on the stairs of the house (we did not receive the house with a floor past cascolac, we received it in the same way it was returned, carpets were always used in and charged $ 1800 through insurance, acted totally in bad faith, as they did not report any of this at the time of the inspection, there is none of this written in the contract and as the inspection carried out on the date there was no pending on the property, I have all the proofs addition, besides the absurdity of the amount charged, claiming that it was necessary to pass something that doesn’t reach this amount nor hiring the best professional, in short, horrible, there are many other serious real estate companies and committed to the region, I do not recommend Godoy, unfortunately I had more headaches than happiness when hiring them and all I wanted and looked for was simple and concrete solutions for my change, which did not happen.
