Um LIXO no pós venda, atraso de meses na entrega, produtos vieram todos errados e não tenho retorno de nada.
Fiz uma compra de R$ 6.600,00 com pagamento a vista no dia 14/09/2020, a entrega era de no máximo 40 dias. Após muitas reclamações entregaram com 75 dias da compra e para minha surpresa os produtos vieram errados.
Comprei 01 sofá, 04 cadeiras e 01 barzinho.
O sofá veio errado com tecido de cor diferente e de qualidade inferior do que comprei, o barzinho veio de cor totalmente diferente e levaram de volta, apenas as cadeiras estavam certas.
Faço várias ligações, mando mensagens, quando respondem prometem solução, estipulam novos prazos e nada é cumprido.
NÃO aguento mais essa loja e entrarei com processo, pois nada resolvem!
NÃO COMPREM nessa loja.
Minha compra foi na loja do Interlar Aricanduva.

A post-sale trash, months of delay in delivery, products all came wrong and I have nothing to return.
I made a purchase of R $ 6,600.00 with cash payment on 9/14/2020, delivery was 40 days at the most. After many complaints they delivered with 75 days of purchase and to my surprise the products came out wrong.
I bought 01 sofa, 04 chairs and 01 bar.
The sofa came wrong with fabric of a different color and of inferior quality than the one I bought, the bar came in a totally different color and they took it back, only the chairs were right.
I make several calls, send messages, when they answer they promise a solution, set new deadlines and nothing is met.
I CANNOT stand this store anymore and I will file with you, as nothing resolves!
DO NOT BUY at this store.
My purchase was at Interlar Aricanduva's store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja está preocupada em vender apenas, comprei um sova em outubro de 2020 e o mesmo.seris entregue em dezembro pois bem fiz o pagamento a vista do produto no ato da compra ! Um dia antes da data da entrega o gerente me liga dizendo que o sofá que comprei não tinha mais que eu tinha que ir até a loja pra escolher outro modelo ! Oi seja porque venderam se não tinha ? Pois bem eu falei que não ia escolher outro que eu tinha comprado aquele o gerente me disse que não podia fazer nada que eu tinha que escolher outro, eu disse que não que eu queria meu dinheiro de volta, o mesmo ficou arrumando desculpas por uma semana pra.devolver o dinheiro até que o dia que eu fiz o boletim de ocorrência e informei ao mesmo que estava indo até a loja com a polícia o dinheiro caiu na conta em.5 minutos ! Não comprem vão arrumar problema para cabeça ! Vendem o que não tem e vc e obrigado a escolher outro modelo mais caro pra eles ganharem ainda mais !

Well I said I was not going to choose another one I had bought that one the manager told me that I couldn't do anything I had to choose another one, I said that I didn't want my money back, he was making excuses for a week pra.dreturn the money until the day I made the police report and informed the same that I was going to the store with the police the money fell into the account in 5 minutes! Do not buy it will fix a problem for your head! They sell what they don't have and you are obliged to choose another more expensive model for them to earn even more!

Minha mãe idosa fez uma compra de um sofa em 17/06/21 com prazo de entrega de 30 dias conforme nota fiscal, entregaram somente em 19/08/21 com mais de 30 dias de atraso. A entrega foi feita depois de muito descaso e aborrecimento. Pois os colaboradores, principalmente a Sra Toninha ( unidade Santo André) agiam com descaso e joga joga de responsabilidade entre loja e fabricante. Querem ter dor de cabeça comprem nessa loja. Não indico ninguém.
Service without commitment to delivery time. My elderly mother made a purchase of a sofa on 6/17/21 with a 30-day delivery period according to the invoice, they only delivered on 8/19/21 with more than 30 days late. The delivery was made after much neglect and annoyance. Because the employees, mainly Ms. Toninha (Santo André unit) acted with indifference and played a role of responsibility between the store and the manufacturer. They want to have a headache, buy this store. I don't recommend anyone.

Até a venda é tudo ótimo porém, após a entrega começam as dores de cabeça. Produto entregue com avarias, troca por produto errado. Cadeiras diferentes umas das outras (modelos). Falta de comunicação...dificuldades para ter contato com a empresa. Agora, quase 3 meses após a compra, 2 cadeiras quebradas! Isso mesmo QUEBRADAS! A cadeira de madeira de ótima qualidade, como foi dito na compra, quebrada! Qual garantia que tenho que as outras 6 cadeiras não quebrarão em breve e não estarão mais na garantia?
DO NOT BUY IN THIS SHOP!
Even the sale is all good, but after the delivery the headaches begin. Product delivered with faults, exchange for wrong product. Chairs different from each other (models). Lack of communication ... difficulties to have contact with the company. Now, almost 3 months after the purchase, 2 broken chairs! That's even BROKEN! The wooden chair of great quality, as was said in the purchase, broken! What guarantee do I have that the other 6 chairs will not break soon and will no longer be under warranty?
