Sobre o reparo que eu queria fazer, ele disse simplesmente que tinha a maquina, não estava quebrada mas simplesmente esse tipo de serviço (troca de tela) estava parado e não me deu nenhuma explicação adicional. Nunca mais apareço nesse lugar, nem de graça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado pessoal....se no processo de troca seu display for danificado eles não assume a responsabilidade e vcs vão ficar no prejuízo....perdi meu s20 assim, eles não deixam isso claro no site, só avisam no fechamento do acordo de manutenção. Diz que há um risco mínimo mas não diz de quem é a responsabilidade, quer empurrar pra o cliente uma responsabilidade que é da loja. Assim fica fácil fazer reparos de tela pq se der errado o cliente que se exploda!!!

Em menos de um dia fui informado que a tela já havia sido trocada e me entregaram o aparelho no mesmo local que foi coletado.
Serviço excelente, rápido e com um preço justo!

Ao chegar na loja diz que não é possível cumprir. Isso depois de sair de lauro de freitas para esta finalidade. Falta de compromisso, honestidade e incompetência. NÃO DEIXEM SEU APARELHO COM ELES !!

Meu celular quebrou o vidro a segunda feira pela manhã, falei com o Cristian via watts app, a tarde o moto boy foi coletar em Lauro de freitas. Na terça feira a tarde Cristian me passou que o aparelho ficou pronto.
