Fiz uma encomenda para ser entregue em domicílio, uma semana depois, ainda não recebi. A empresa transferiu a responsabilidade para a transportadora. A resolução foi a entrega ser feita na loja pessoalmente, uma semana após a data que deveria sem entregue na minha casa. Eu só quero meu produto. A primeira experiência foi péssima.
I'm disappointed!
I placed an order to be delivered at home, a week later, I still haven't received it. The company transferred the responsibility to the carrier. The resolution was for the delivery to be made to the store in person, one week after the date it was supposed to be delivered to my home. I just want my product. The first experience was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro há alguns meses um suplemento p/ meu pet nessa farmácia. Tinha uma entrega agendada p/ dia 16/03 e q não foi feita, segundo eles devido um problema relacionado c/ a transportadora. Remarcaram a entrega p/ o dia seguinte 17/03 e nada de entregarem. Liguei atardinha pra loja e disseram está na rota de entrega. Enviei zap e disseram q era certo d ser entregue até as 19hs.
Enfim, não entregaram e não deram uma satisfação nem por zap e nem telefonema.
Primeira vez q passo por uma situação dessas. E meu pet acabou ficando dois dias sem tomar sua medicação. Medicação esta q já está até paga.
I bought a supplement for my pet a few months ago at this pharmacy. I had a delivery scheduled for the 16/03th and it was not made, according to them due to a problem related to the carrier. They rescheduled the delivery for the next day 03/17 and still nothing. I called the store late at night and they said it's on the delivery route. I sent zap and they said it was right to be delivered until 19 pm.
Anyway, they didn't deliver and didn't give a satisfaction either by zap or phone call.
First time I go through a situation like this. And my pet ended up going two days without taking his medication. Medication is already paid for.
