★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi o anúncio pela OLX, entrei em contato com um número de telefone que lá estáva, eles pedem para passa a fixa primeiro para depois mostra o imóvel, e se preucupam se está com o dinheiro de entrada disponível... Cuidado meu povo vms ficar de olhos abertos.

Esse corretor só faz visita ao imóvel com quem já tem capital aprovado. Sendo esse capital o valor total do imóvel, eles te encaminham pra essa financeira, o escritório é uma salinha pequenininha sem privacidade alguma, e lá eles pedem seu dado e só aprovam seu empréstimo se você der uma entrada. SÓ QUE POR LEI, ESSE TIPO DE ATO É IRREGULAR, FRAUDE!!!! Fiquem atentos, pois é muito fácil cair num golpe, parece tão fácil que vc às vezes nem desconfia!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi um anúncio na OLX com fotos de uma casa, interessei-me, entrei em contato com a corretora que disse que só poderia ver a casa se fechasse contrato com a financeira, direcionou- me para uma financeira, Liberty habitacional. O consultor me enviou o contrato que li, e informa que são uma cooperativa e que após vc dar uma entrada e assinar o contrato eles não tem data pra te liberar o dinheiro financiado, ou seja, vc assina e dá a entrada e não tem garantia nenhuma de liberação do dinheiro. Nem se a casa anunciada existe, já que a corretora só leva vc pra ver a casa se vc assinar e dá a entrada. Golpe!

Estava procurando um imóvel para comprar na OLX, quando vi um imóvel e gostei muito.
Entrei em contato do corretor responsável pelo imóvel e ele me disse q eu só poderia ter acesso ao imóvel para visitar depois que eu tivesse a capital liberada pela financeira LIBERTY HABITACIONAL.
No dia 17.08.2020, fui até o escritório da LIBERTY HABITACIONAL em campo grande ( rua Augusto Vasconcelos, 544 - sala 213 ). Fomos atendidos pelo consultor Felipe e fez todos os trâmites para poder-mos assinar o contrato induzilvelmente. Demos uma entrada de 13.200,00 .
Aguardamos 1 semana pelo os corretores que nos informou do financiamento, porém ninguém entrou em contato conosco. E quando eles respondiam, sempre diziam que estavam ocupados mostrando imóveis para clientes.
Todos sumiram e quando liguei p administrativo que fica na Barra da Tijuca ( Av. Almirante Júlio de Sá Bierrembach, 65, sala 111 ), porém ninguém nos respondiam. Fomos até o endereço e não tinham ninguém.
Resumindo, não recomendo essa empresa.
Cuidado pessoal para não acontecer com vocês oque aconteceu conosco.
Já está na mão de nosso advogado e entraremos com ação.

I was looking for a property to buy on OLX, when I saw a property and liked it a lot.
I contacted the broker responsible for the property and he told me that I could only access the property to visit after I had the capital released by the financial LIBERTY HABITACIONAL.
On August 17, 2020, I went to the LIBERTY HABITACIONAL office in campo grande (Rua Augusto Vasconcelos, 544 - sala 213). We were attended by the consultant Felipe and he made all the necessary steps to be able to sign the contract inductibly. We made an entry of 13,200.00.
We waited 1 week for the brokers who informed us about the financing, but no one contacted us. And when they responded, they always said they were busy showing properties to customers.
Everyone disappeared and when I called the administrative office in Barra da Tijuca (Av. Almirante Júlio de Sá Bierrembach, 65, room 111), but no one answered us. We went to the address and there was no one.
In short, I do not recommend this company.
Personal care not to happen to you what happened to us.
It is already in the hands of our lawyer and we will take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imobiliária dominante na Olx Viva Rio Imóveis, tb estão com nome de (Iramar corretores associados), é o mesmo pessoal...não responde chat, e nenhuma das casas que divulgam, possuem fotos de fachadas ou áreas externas. Vc entra em contato com o corretor que disponibiliza o tel no anúncio, ele te encaminha direto para essa financeira que faz a avaliação, durante esse período o corretor se nega a dar qualquer informação adicional relacionada ao imóvel que é então do seu interesse. Além disso, vc não pode agendar visita sem antes assinar o contrato com a financeira e dar o valor de entrada. A desculpa é que existe mto curioso! Sinceramente....Não existe isso! Devido tais fatos, desistimos de buscar o imóvel que até então era do nosso interesse.
