A gerente Cristina + o supervisor Ronaldo se recusaram trocar o modelo por outro. Pra comprar foi fĂĄcil. Tivemos que doar o sapato pq segundo a lei, compra na loja fĂsica nĂŁo sĂŁo obrigados a trocar. Nunca mais pisaremos nesta loja.
