 WHENEVER I REQUIRE LENSES AND FRAMES IN OTHER OPTICS, I FINALLY CLOSE WITH THEM, BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND UNBEATABLE PRICES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não caiam nessa furada. Não comprem pq se tiverem problemas não terão suporte. Comprei um óculos de Sol Rayban, o mesmo apresentou defeito, levei na loja pq estava na garantia. Me deram um prazo de entrega pra 20 dias úteis, ao final do prazo nem haviam ainda enviado o meu óculos para reparo. A gerente nunca está na loja depois de ir várias vezes e de ter sido mais contundente na minha reclamação com as vendedoras, a gerente nunca está lá, não entra em contato não resolve nada. O SAC da rede de óticas não resolve nada. A gerente quando me ligou e ainda gritou no telefone quando questionei que ele nunca estava na loja pessoa mal educada, não sabe trabalhar com o público e muito menos sabe resolver questões como essa. Não comprem vcs não terão suporte.
Don't fall for this hole. Do not buy because if they have problems they will not be supported. I bought a Rayban sunglasses, it was defective, I took it in the store because it was under warranty. They gave me a delivery time of 20 working days, at the end of the period they hadn't even sent my glasses for repair. The manager is never in the store after going several times and having been more forceful in my complaint with the salespeople, the manager is never there, she doesn't get in touch and she doesn't solve anything. The SAC of the optical network does not solve anything.
