★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim a respeito da GI Golden imobiliaria.
No término do contrato de aluguel tivemos problema em receber os 3 meses de deposito Q estava na conta do proprietario e no contrato de locacao dizia a respeito da revolução do dinheiro com juros e correção monetário.
Mas só que não .
O proprietário se negou a pagar de início e depois foi pagando em prestação uma parte do nosso dinheiro e
Tivemos com isso um prejuízo de uns $6000,00 mil reais.
O proprietário sem noção alegou que a casa precisava de limpeza, pintura e reparos.
Um homem sem caráter e injusto.
Nos tínhamos contrado um pintor para fazer a reparação das paredes q já apresentavam problemas anteriores de umidade.
E reparos em geral.
E depois foi concluída a vistoria do local pela corretora.
Na época eu estava grávida e passando nervoso que eu não desejo a ninguém passar , mas eu como brasileira às vezes me envergonho pela falta de honestidade e caráter das pessoas.
Por isso deixo aqui o meu comentário para as pessoas buscarem boas referências , conceitos e Profissionalismo no qual ficou a desejar .
Infelizmente não tenho nada a dizer de bom desta imobiliaria e dos funcionários incluindo recepção , atendimento, pontualidade enfim zero .

The clueless owner claimed the house needed cleaning, painting and repairs.
A man without character and unjust.
We had hired a painter to repair the walls that already had previous moisture problems.
And repairs in general.
And then the inspection of the place by the broker was completed.
At the time, I was pregnant and feeling nervous that I don't want anyone to, but as a Brazilian I am sometimes ashamed of the lack of honesty and character of people.
So I leave my comment here for people to seek good references, concepts and Professionalism in which it was desired.
Unfortunately, I have nothing to say about this property and the staff, including reception, customer service, punctuality, finally zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 3 apartamentos alugados nesta " imobiliária"; não recebo há 3 meses, isto vem desde o ano passado. Procuro entrar em contato e sempre as mesmas desculpas, "Quem sabe amanhã", "vamos ver"e por aí vai. Caso de Polícia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJA! Péssima na administração de imóveis. Agem com má fé. Demoram meses pra repassar os aluguéis (quando repassam), não dão retorno aos clientes e os (ir)responsáveis nunca podem atender o telefone. CUIDADO.
ESCAPE! Bad in real estate management. They act in bad faith. They take months to pass the rents (when they do), they do not give back to customers and the (ir) responsible can never answer the phone. CAUTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei meu imóvel para ser administrado por essa imobiliaria, o inquilino entrou em agosto/17 e até a data (dez/17) não recebi NADA. Tento ligar e sempre com as mesmas desculpas, não dão uma satisfação, nada. O Serviço já deixa de ser péssimo para ser desrespeitoso com o cliente. Pensem mt antes de confiar compra, aluguel etc a essa imobiliaria.
I put my property to be managed by this real estate, the tenant entered in August / 17 and to date (Dec / 17) I have received NOTHING. I try to call and always with the same excuses, do not give a satisfaction, nothing. The Service is no longer lousy to be disrespectful to the customer. Think mt before trusting purchase, rent etc to this real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pareceu até boa no início. Mas os corretores fazem pressão pra fechar negócio. Ia até fazer e cheguei a pagar a taxa da tal ficha. No mesmo dia desisti e até hoje não me devolveram o valor. Bando de pilantras, isso sim.
It even felt good at first. But brokers put pressure to close the deal. I was even going to do it, and I even paid the fee for that chip. On the same day I gave up and to this day they haven't refunded me the amount. Bunch of crooks, that's right.
