★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quartos são pequenos, mas servem ao propósito. Não há serviço de lavandeira no hotel, café da manhã agradável. Bom para uma estadia curta, mais de 4 dias indicaria outros locais.
 Rooms are small but serve the purpose. There is no laundry service at the hotel, nice breakfast. Good for a short stay, more than 4 days would recommend other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom custo benefício! Quarto pequeno porém a cama é boa. O banheiro é pequeno mas a ducha é excelente. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Comida fria.
Good cost-benefit! Small room but the bed is good. The bathroom is small but the shower is excellent. Breakfast left something to be desired. Cold food.

Café simples mas muito bom.
Everything according to the information obtained on the website where I made the reservation. From the photos, the room was a little bigger but that didn't hurt at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel bom, conforme as fotos. Café da manhã bom, o quarto é pequeno, porém já era esperado. O único ponto a melhorar é o chuveiro, que esquenta e esfria durante o banho, quase queimando a gente.
Good hotel, as seen in the photos. Good breakfast, room is small, but as expected. The only point to improve is the shower, which heats up and cools down during the shower, almost burning us.

Ficamos num quarto extremamente apertado, janela não abria, chuveiro não mantém a temperatura por mais de um minuto, enfim… Ainda assim são coisas que passam. Agora foi inadmissível liberarem o quarto que eu estava para outro casal, ou seja, 1h30 da manhã outro casal abriu a porta do quarto, eu e meu noivo levamos um susto, fomos rápido até a porta para ver o que estava acontecendo, o número do quarto no cartão do casal era o mesmo do meu e ainda testamos o cartão novamente para abrir a porta, e abriu. Estivemos hospedados de um domingo para segunda-feira, o hotel não tinha quase ninguém, mesmo assim não justifica o ocorrido, afinal, qual segurança eu tenho de sair, deixar meus pertences dentro do quarto e qualquer um entrar lá por conta de um “erro” da recepção?
The only positive thing for me was the cleanliness of the hotel.
We stayed in an extremely cramped room, the window wouldn't open, the shower didn't keep the temperature for more than a minute, anyway… Even so, things happen. Now it was unacceptable to release the room I was in for another couple, that is, at 1:30 in the morning another couple opened the bedroom door, my fiance and I were scared, we went quickly to the door to see what was happening, the number of the room on the couple's card was the same as mine and we even tested the card again to open the door, and it opened. We were staying from a Sunday to a Monday, the hotel had almost no one, even so it doesn't justify what happened, after all, what security do I have to leave, leave my belongings inside the room and anyone enters there because of an "error ” from reception?

Fiquei hospedada 4 noites e passei pelas seguintes experiências:
. Chuveiro sem pressão e que te queima ao longo do banho. Isso mesmo: vc está tomando banho, a água oscila de temperatura para o “pelando” e vc se queima
. Economia de sabonete: fiquei essas 4 noites e só tive direito a um sabonete
. A recepção me ligou no quarto a noite para que eu trocasse o carro de vaga e até agora não entendi o motivo. Obviamente, se algumas vagas não podem ser ocupadas, deveriam colocar os cones nessas vagas proibidas
. Este não é um hotel para se passar o dia. Vou explicar: a recepção, que também serve de lounge e estar, não dispõe de café, e eu passei alguns dias lá trabalhando
. A luz do sensor de fumaça dentro do quarto pisca exatamente na direção do olho, isso atrapalha bastante o sono
. Pra fechar , novamente sobre o banho: fui tomar um banho para fazer o checkout e dessa vez a água saia queimando direto. Fechei o registro de água quente e continuava pelando. Na recepção ninguém sabe informar. Por fim, fui embora sem tomar banho.
pretty bad hotel
I stayed 4 nights and had the following experiences:
. Shower without pressure and that burns you along the bath. That's right: you're taking a shower, the water fluctuates in temperature to "peeling" and you get burned
. Soap savings: I stayed these 4 nights and only got one soap
. The reception called me in the room at night so that I could change the car and I still don't understand why. Obviously, if some spaces cannot be filled, they should place the cones in these prohibited spaces.
. This is not a hotel to spend the day. I'll explain: the reception, which also serves as a lounge and lounge, doesn't have a cafe, and I spent a few days there working
. The smoke sensor light inside the room flashes exactly towards the eye, this is very disruptive to sleep
. To close, again about the shower: I took a shower to checkout and this time the water came out burning straight away. I turned off the hot water tap and it was still hot. No one at the reception knows how to tell. Finally, I left without taking a shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito lindo, estrutura top. Tem um vendinha de pizzas dentro do terreno do hotel sensacional. E um gatinho muitoooo fofo que te recepciona. Quem ama animais vai amar conhecer aquele gordinho lindo. O gato é cuidado pelo hotel. O estacionamento é ótimo. Todos funcionários desde recepção, camareiras e café da manhã são todos muitos educados e prestativos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo fresquinho.
O quarto é lindo demais e confortável, porém um pouco pequeno. O banheiro é bem amplo top. Hotel bem localizado e lindo.
Ponto negativo: frigobar não gela. Ar condicionado muito em cima, tive um certo incômodo. A TV muito embaixo super perigoso e arriscado bater e cair. Tem uma mesa embutida na parede colada na cama, que não tem necessidade de ter, super perigoso bater na quina dela. Cobri com uma coberta para não se machucar. E a pia estava entupida. A água descia bem devagar.
Essa reclamação é para apenas um funcionário chamado Osvair, manobrista da madrugada de hj dia 24/04 . Uma pessoa extremamente mal educada,grossa e arrogante. Tratou eu e minha namorada super mal. Aposto que se tivesse um homem ele tinha ficado menos macho.
Very beautiful hotel, top structure. There is a pizza shop inside the amazing hotel grounds. And a very cute kitten that welcomes you. Anyone who loves animals will love meeting that handsome chubby. The cat is taken care of by the hotel. Parking is great. All staff from reception, maids and breakfast are all very polite and helpful. Wonderful breakfast, all fresh.
The room is very beautiful and comfortable, but a little small. The bathroom is very large. Well located and beautiful hotel.
Negative point: fridge does not cool. Air conditioning very high, I had a certain annoyance. The TV very low down super dangerous and risky crashing and falling. There's a table built into the wall glued to the bed, which you don't need to have, super dangerous to hit the corner of it. I covered it with a blanket so it wouldn't hurt. And the sink was clogged. The water went down very slowly.
This complaint is for only one employee named Osvair, early morning valet on 04/24. An extremely rude, rude and arrogant person. Treated me and my girlfriend very badly. I bet if I had a man he would have become less macho.
