★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast is terrible, besides being expensive (if you want to drink extra coffee daily, because there are few items and to fry eggs they still charge separately. An Absurdo). For that reason, we only had breakfast on 2 of the 5 days we were at the hotel (as we didn't know where to go).
Another bad point was in relation to the payment we made for extra daily coffee, which was not counted and still wanted to be charged again when checking out.
I also highlight as a bad point, the fact that some residents do not respect the right to use collective areas, and employees become silent about the violations of residents. For example, there was a dark HB20 vehicle PARKED in the access area, close to the fountain, making sure that all vehicles did not use the setback for loading and unloading. I went to question the employee, and the answer I got was: "the vehicle belongs to a resident, Mr., and it is quick". But during my waiting time, approx 15min, 7 vehicles could not stop correctly, in addition to ours, and regardless of the time, the area cannot be used for parking.
I don't recommend it, after all there are other options in the Capital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service of the staff was great. Amazing location, several restaurants in the area you can walk to. The only issue I had was the room had a strong smell but beside that it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Sao Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Easy walking to everywhere and convenient to airport. Breakfast gets old after 2 days because it’s the same everyday. Luckily there are several cafes walking distance. Comfy beds and smart TVs in the room. I recommend
