★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja pra ninguém, comprei uma poltrona em outubro de 2021, demorou 41 dias pra chegar, e quando chegou não era a mesma poltrona do pedido, fiz a reclamação, eles ficaram de fazer a troca e até hoje na data de 3 de maio de 2022, a quase sete meses da compra, não fizeram a troca ainda, sempre com desculpas que o problema é do fornecedor, total falta de comprometimento com o cliente.
 I don't recommend this store to anyone, I bought an armchair in October 2021, it took 41 days to arrive, and when it arrived it wasn't the same armchair as the order, I made the complaint, they kept making the exchange and until today on the 3rd of May 2022, almost seven months after the purchase, they still haven't made the exchange, always with excuses that the problem is the supplier, total lack of commitment to the customer.

They stole from us.... I've already lost hope of receiving my sofa... they barely respond to us anymore.... bad people and in bad faith.... we'll have to go to court to try to receive something.... don't buy in this store.... they cheat without a shred of empathy with the next....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais compro nesse lugar, comprei meu guarda roupa dia 27/10/2021 hoje é dia 26/01/2022 e nada ainda do guarda roupa, isso pq me falaram que montava antes do Natal, estou muito insatisfeita, não recomendo essa loja pra ninguém.
E não paguei barato no guarda roupa.
I will never buy from this place again, I bought my wardrobe on 10/27/2021, today is 01/26/2022 and still nothing in the wardrobe, this is because they told me that it was assembled before Christmas, I am very dissatisfied, I do not recommend this store for nobody.
And I didn't pay cheap in the wardrobe.

Recomendo a todos ir até a loja porque tem bom atendimento e produtos de qualidade se pudesse daria mais estrelas porém só tem cinco e uma pena porque merece 10 estrelas

Adquiri cozinha planejada, sofá e mesa de jantar e sem dùvida alguma farei os demais cômodos. Super recomendo e indico. É muito impressionante a qualidade dos produtos. Agradeço também ao Josiel e Barreto pelas condições de pagamento, me ajudou muito.

Comprei duas poltronas em janeiro era 30 dias úteis para chegar hoje já estamos na metade de março nem previsão de entrega eles tem!
Solicito meu dinheiro de volta pois paguei avista eles ficam enrolando e nao querem devolver, estou cansada e muito triste pois comprei para amamentar meu filho vai nascer e não recebi o produto.
Enfim nao compro nunca mais nessa loja, sem comprometimento com os clientes, vou ter que entrar com ação no procon e com advogado para conseguir MEU dinheiro de volta. E muito triste pagar por algo e não receber...
I do not recommend this store!
I bought two armchairs in January it took 30 working days to arrive today we are already in the middle of March and they don't even have a delivery forecast!
I ask for my money back because I paid in advance they are stalling and they don't want to return it, I'm tired and very sad because I bought it to breastfeed my son is going to be born and I didn't receive the product.
Anyway, I will never buy from this store again, without commitment to the customers, I will have to file a lawsuit with the procon and with a lawyer to get MY money back. It's very sad to pay for something and not receive...
