★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa academia de medio porte, mas tudo novo e nao muito cheio, pra mim perfeita. So o ar condicionado q ficam de concerta quando eu entrei.. faz vai pra 3 meses q esrou é o ar nao foi concertado é o chuveiro e de banho gelado , poderia ser quente tbm.
 Good medium sized gym, but all new and not too crowded, for me perfect. Only the air conditioning q is fixed when I joined .. it has been going for 3 months q esrou is the air was not fixed is the shower and the cold bath, it could be hot too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia fecha as 12:00 em ponto e até as 14:30 não tem funcionário e ela permanece fechada isso é um absurdo quem trabalha e quer malhar na hora do almoço não pode pq ela se mantém fechada por duas horas e meia um absurdo primeiro mês e o ultimo
The gym closes at 12:00 sharp and until 14:30 there is no employee and it remains closed this is absurd who works and wants to work out at lunchtime can't because it stays closed for two and a half hours an absurd first month and the last

It's a place my relative frequents and I've been there personally, but I didn't like the training modalities, I think it's too weak, so I decided not to go together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente higienizado, muito organizado e os professores são sempre desatentos, estou infeliz pr ter poucas academias nesse bem dito lugar é uma pior que a outra. Eu na músculação fui intruída incorretamente e quando perguntava o porquê não tinha resultados diziam que a culpa era minha, tive de aprender certo em outros lugares e continuar indo uma vez que estava pago, fora que esconderam minha garrafa e com o risco de colocarem algo no meu shake e quando pedi que olhassem nas câmeras foi negado. Uma veegonha o que salva são os aparelhos que são novos, exceto algumas bikes ergométricas que são meio velhas e outras meio quebradas.
Clean environment, very organized and teachers are always inattentive, I'm unhappy to have few gyms in this well said place is one worse than the other. I was wrongly instructed in bodybuilding and when I asked why I didn't have results they said it was my fault, I had to learn right in other places and keep going once I was paid, apart from hiding my bottle and at the risk of putting something in the my shake and when I asked them to look at the cameras it was denied. A veego what saves are the appliances that are new, except for some stationary bikes that are kind of old and others that are kind of broken.
