â â â â â Uma clĂnica que simboliza a necessidade brasileira de burocratizar absolutamente tudo! O sinĂŽnimo dessa clĂnica Ă© "espereâ. Fora que o acesso aos mĂ©dicos, se vocĂȘ precisar de um laudo ou justificativa pedida pelo seu plano, Ă© dificultado ao mĂĄximo.
Primeira consulta esperei por mais de 2 hora. Depois, 1 semana para conseguir me comunicar com o médico para que ele indicasse uma 2a opção de laboratório. Depois mais 1 semana para me comunicar pra pedir um laudo. Pedi o laudo por telefone, para apenas pegar quando chegasse e? Surpresa!!! Tive que esperar pelo laudo também! Total desinteresse por facilitar minimamente a vida do paciente com dor!

Total disinterest in making life easier for the patient with pain!

â â â â â Minha experiĂȘncia foi excelente! Cheguei com dor de joelho no got centro e fui logo encaminhada para o raio x pelas simpĂĄticas atendentes e nĂŁo demorou muito. Depois fui atendida por um mĂ©dico muito simpĂĄtico e competente que identificou porque estava sentindo dor, passou remĂ©dio e fisioterapia. Tudo muito rĂĄpido e eficaz. ParabĂ©ns pelo atendimento ????????????
My experience was excellent! I arrived with a knee pain at the center got and was soon referred to the x-ray by the friendly attendants and it didn't take long. Then I was attended by a very friendly and competent doctor who identified why I was in pain, gave medicine and physical therapy. All very fast and effective. De fato sĂł Ă© ruim para estacionar, mas o Ăłtimo atendimento que recebo lĂĄ supera esta pequena dificuldade. Sou paciente de Dr. George e Dr. Herivelto, excelentes! Tb jĂĄ fui atendida por outros especialistas: Dr. Angelo, Dr. Rodrigo e Dr. Ătalo, todos excelentes! Recomendo sempre estes profissionais a quem precisar. Ah, nĂŁo posso deixar de elogiar toda a equipe, desde a recepção aos tĂ©cnicos do raio x e curativo, nota 10!
Great! I have been patient for almost 2 years and I only have compliments to everyone, super attentive and polite. In fact it is only bad for parking, but the great service I receive there overcomes this small difficulty. I am a patient of Dr. George and Dr. Herivelto, excellent! I have also been attended by other specialists: Dr. Angelo, Dr. Rodrigo and Dr. Ătalo, all excellent! I always recommend these professionals to anyone who needs them. Oh, I can't help praising the whole team, from the reception to the x-ray technicians and dressing, grade 10!

Estava marcada dia 25/10 às 15:45, para dr Italo Ferraz na unidade da Rua das Fronteiras, e fui atendida às 16:54 para solicitação de um raio x, conduzido de forma pouco profissional pela tecnica Ana Claudia.
Extremely long service, one hour late even at scheduled time. Receptionists handing out blank guides for signature. Radiology technicians unable to drop the phone to perform the requested exam. Nothing positive in the experience.
It was scheduled on 25/10 at 15:45, for Dr. Italo Ferraz in the unit of Rua das Fronteiras, and I was answered at 16:54 to request an x-ray, conducted unprofessionally by the technician Ana Claudia.

â â â â â Deveriam trocar, com URGĂNCIA, o avental que estĂŁo entregando aos pacientes para fazer o raio x. Ă constrangedor para o paciente e para os tĂ©cnicos de radiologia, pois Ă© em TNT transparente e mal dĂĄ para amarrar por trĂĄs. Tive que pedir um lençol antes para poder fazer o raio x, porque nĂŁo dĂĄ pra usar sĂł o avental que vocĂȘs estĂŁo entregando. Fora isso, fui bem atendida.
They should urgently change the apron they are giving to patients for the x-ray. It is embarrassing for the patient and for the radiology technicians, as it is made of transparent TNT and can barely be tied at the back. I had to ask for a sheet beforehand so I could do the x-ray, because I can't just wear the apron you're giving me. Other than that, I was well taken care of.
