Fui tratado de forma grosseira porque pedi somente para fazer as trocas de pneus e não aceitei que mexessem no meu carro .E não autorizei trocarem os bicos dos pneus eu ando no meu carro todos os dias sempre faço a manutenção com meu mecânico .E meu carro está perfeito não fiz alinhamento balanceamento nada lá porque já foram condenando meu carro ...Mas já fui bem atendido lá em outras ocasiões
 Not very nice. I was treated rudely because I only asked to change the tires and I did not accept that my car was tampered with. it's perfect I didn't do any alignment, balancing anything there because they've already condemned my car... But I've been well attended there on other occasions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz apenas a troca dos pneus nesse estabelecimento e como os pneus foram comprados no Extra, ganhei troca e alinhamento (grátis) na GP Serviços e
como não fiz mais nada além disso não posso opinar sobre valores.
Quanto ao atendimento, sem novidades, fui atendido normalmente com respeito e sem problemas por ser um serviço (grátis).
I only changed the tires at this establishment and as the tires were purchased at Extra, I got an exchange and alignment (free) at GP Serviços and
as I didn't do anything else, I can't opine on values.
As for the service, no news, I was normally attended with respect and without problems because it is a (free) service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquanto eu esperava quase 25 min. pra ser atendido pra trocar meus pneus, o lugar estava vazio, e os funcionarios estavam vendo video num notebook, achei um descaso master com cliente. Quando eu precisar comprar pneu na loja Extra novamente ,que eles dão a troca de cortesia nesse estabecimento , pago pra colocar em outro lugar , mas não entro mais ai nesse lugar..
While I waited almost 25 min. to be seen to change my tires, the place was empty, and the employees were watching video on a notebook, I found a master neglect with the client. When I need to buy a tire at the Extra store again, they give the exchange of courtesy in this establishment, I pay to put it in another place, but I don't go there anymore..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que fui, tentaram empurrar peças e serviços desnecessários. A gente compra óleo ou pneu no Extra e a instalação/ troca é grátis nessa GP. Só que o gestos são muuuuito caro. EVITE! Ou deixe bem claro que você só quer o serviço grátis.
Every time I went, they tried to push unnecessary parts and services. We buy oil or tire at Extra and the installation/change is free at this GP. Only the gestures are sooo expensive. AVOID! Or make it clear that you only want the free service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 22 de junho, comprei 04 pneus no Extra e levei para trocar. De primeira mão fiquei sabendo que o balanceamento não estava incluso e me cobraram 30 reais por roda, depois condenaram as pastilhas de freio e o valor subiu pra 400 reais. Na hora de fazer o alinhamento e é que veio a paulada, pois segundo eles era necessário refazer a geometria dos pneus dianteiros . Na hora não me lembrei que se tratava da cambagem e me cobraram 560 reais pelas duas rodas. Me senti ofendido por isso, pois na verdade eu estava comprando um serviço de aliamento e balanceamento por dois anos. Me senti ofendido por que não foram claros comigo, um serviço de cambagem custa 80 100 reais, mas eles abusaram e venderam o mesmo serviço por 04 x o preço normal. Pretendo buscar meus direitos junto ao PROCON, pois me venderam serviço que não solicitei. É um péssimo exemplo de trabalho. Não recomendo
Yesterday, June 22, I bought 04 tires at Extra and took them to change. First hand I learned that the balance was not included and they charged me 30 reais per wheel, then they condemned the brake pads and the value rose to 400 reais. It was time to make the alignment and that was when the blow came, because according to them it was necessary to redo the geometry of the front tires. At the time I didn't remember that it was the camber and they charged me 560 reais for the two wheels. I was offended by this as I had actually been buying a rigging and balancing service for two years. I felt offended because they weren't clear with me, a camber service costs 80 100 reais, but they abused it and sold the same service for 4 times the normal price. I intend to seek my rights with PROCON, as they sold me a service that I did not request. It's a bad example of work. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido, foi rápido, não tinha demorou mais que 50min. Porém eu não gosto do tipo de abordagem dos profissionais de centros automotivos assim porque eles ficam botando vários defeitos no carro. E eu só queria trocar dois pneus. Faltou também o mecânico alinhar, mas como eu estava com pressa, fingi que acreditei que eles alinharam. Mas vou voltar pra trocar mais dois pneus e mando alinhar dessa vez
I was very well attended, it was fast, it didn't take more than 50min. But I don't like the kind of approach taken by professionals from automotive centers like that because they keep putting various defects in the car. And I just wanted to change two tires. The mechanic also needed to line up, but as I was in a hurry, I pretended that I believed they lined up. But I'm going back to change two more tires and have it lined up this time

I don't recommend anyone to change tires in this company, they only know how to roll, I've had a tire in the expertise for 08 months and they haven't returned anything!!!
