★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um orçamento para um defeito que meu carro apresentava, porém devido ao preço que considerei superfaturado, não autorizei a realização do serviço. Sem NENHUM aviso prévio ou qualquer tipo acordo, fui informada que o orçamento seria cobrado, o que não havia acontecido comigo em outra oficina até então. Pra mim isso só demonstra falta de respeito e transparência com o consumidor. Como já dizia o ditado: "combinado não sai caro". Tenho o direito de saber o que será cobrado de mim para autorizar ou não o que quer que seja!! O contrário disso é inadmissível!
I asked for a quote for a defect that my car had, but due to the price I considered overpriced, I did not authorize the service. Without NO prior notice or any agreement, I was informed that the budget would be charged, which had not happened to me in another workshop until then. For me it just shows lack of respect and transparency with the consumer. As the saying goes: "combined is not expensive". I have the right to know what will be charged to me to authorize or not whatever !! The opposite of this is inadmissible!

Parabéns ao estabelecimento e ao proficionalismo da equipe, não tenho nada a reclamar, pelo contrário só tenho elogios a fazer e com certeza eu recomendo vcs a outras pessoas que precisarem!!!
