★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em julho 2020 assim que conclui a locação de uma sala fiz uma excelente avaliação da GPO, mas hoje 14/01/22 volto para editá-lo.
Minha insatisfação é em especial com a área de manutenção da imobiliária, cujo o responsável é o Thiago. Semana passada entro em contato com o Thiago para solicitar o reparo de hidráulica na minha sala, ele me passou o contato de um subordinado (Júlio) para que eu agendasse uma visita para orçamento do reparo necessário. Por inúmeras vezes tentei ligar para o Sr Julio, mas ele não me atendeu nem retornou. Retornei a ligação na GPO para falar com o Thiago, deixei recado, mas ele não me retornou. Ontem 13/01 assim que cheguei ao trabalho liguei na imobiliária e consegui enfim falar com Thiago, ele pegou o meu número e passou para o tal Júlio. Tempos depois o Júlio me ligou, disse q passaria na minha sala ontem ou hoje… claro q ele não foi nem deu satisfação.
Ehhh isso aí, na hora de locar são ótimos, atenciosos, mas na hora q precisamos mesmo aí é totalmente diferente.
Antes de locar um imóvel, tenham referência da imobiliária e de todos os serviços que ela presta.
In July 2020, as soon as I concluded the lease of a room, I made an excellent review of the GPO, but today 01/14/22 I'll be back to edit it.
My dissatisfaction is especially with the real estate maintenance area, whose responsibility is Thiago. Last week I got in touch with Thiago to request the hydraulic repair in my room, he gave me the contact of a subordinate (Júlio) so that I could schedule a visit to budget the necessary repair. Countless times I tried to call Mr Julio, but he didn't answer or return. I returned the call at GPO to speak with Thiago, I left a message, but he did not return me. Yesterday, 01/13, as soon as I got to work I called the real estate company and finally managed to speak with Thiago, he took my number and passed it on to this Júlio. Some time later, Júlio called me, said he would stop by my room yesterday or today… of course he didn't go and didn't give any satisfaction.
Ehhh that's it, when it's time to rent they're great, attentive, but when we really need it, it's totally different.
Before leasing a property, have a reference from the real estate company and all the services it provides.

A estrutura é muito boa e o portfólio também, mas o que se destaca positivamente é o bom atendimento e o conhecimento técnico do setor imobiliário. Excelentes profissionais, especialmente o Jackson e o Giovanni. Podem procurá-los que eles vão te ajudar a fazer um bom negócio

The structure is very good and so is the portfolio, but what stands out positively is the good service and technical knowledge of the real estate sector.
