★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa empresa foi péssima! Não conseguia negociar nem vazamento grave de cozinha. Pediam orçamentos ate para privada entupida. Na rescisão, um funcionário de nome Ari pediu R$1.000,00 sem mostrar orçamento do que queria arrumar na entrega do imóvel. Enfim, não indico a empresa de jeito nenhum! São ruins de serviço!
My experience with this company was terrible! He was unable to negotiate or a serious kitchen leak. They even asked for budgets for clogged toilets. Upon termination, an employee named Ari asked for R $ 1,000.00 without showing a budget of what he wanted to arrange for the delivery of the property. Anyway, I don't recommend the company at all! They are bad service!

Total professionalism of the team. Broker Paulo was very friendly and attentive, especially with my son who has mobility problems. My sister pointed me to dominus because I was looking for an apartment for my daughter and we managed to find a property that exceeded our expectations, thank you once again for the attention and commitment you had with me and my family.

O atendimento é ótimo! Inclusive, precisei entregar o apto porque estava de mudança urgente e foi tranquilo negociar a devolução, tornando nossa mudança muito mais simples e agradável. Recomendo muitíssimo!
Excellent real estate! Throughout our stay they served us well and were always available to ask questions, help or refer someone to do small services in the fit. The service is great! I even had to hand over the fit because it was moving urgently and it was easy to negotiate the return, making our move much simpler and more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscar as chaves de um imóvel para visitar e o recepcionista em momento algum informou-me que deveria devolver no mesmo dia. Como fui em uma sexta feira e no sábado a imobiliária não abre. Achei um absurdo além de ter que deslocar pra ir buscar a chave, deixar documentação com foto como garantia. E ainda assim sair do local condicionada ao horário de funcionamento deles.
Falta de atenção, atendimento péssimo, informações vagas, sinceramente não sei como o proprietário confia nesta imobiliária.
Causa transtorno e aborrecimento.
Como se o cliente tivesse que adequar ao horário da empresa que não quer trabalhar.
I went to get the keys to a property to visit and the receptionist never informed me that I had to return it on the same day. As I went on a Friday and on Saturday the real estate agency does not open. I found it absurd in addition to having to move to get the key, leave documentation with a photo as a guarantee. And still leave the place conditioned to their opening hours.
Lack of attention, terrible service, vague information, I honestly don't know how the owner trusts this real estate company.
It causes inconvenience and annoyance.
As if the client had to adapt to the hours of the company that doesn't want to work.
