 Great family atmosphere! For all ages! Amazing and certified teachers! The best Gracie Bars I've ever been to. Jiu Jitsu is the best way to take care of the mind and body and with GB methodology and values it gets even better. No wonder it's the biggest school in the world.

Ambiente limpo, arejado, de fácil acesso, com excelente atendimento, instrutores certificados e atenciosos, aulas com desenvolvimento físico incrível e aprimoramento técnico do jiu jitsu brasileiro. Sem dúvidas é a melhor opção para quem deseja uma atividade física, desde a criança com déficit de atenção que é mau criada com os pais, passando pelo jovem que quer ser mais focado e ter melhores notas na escola ou faculdade, excelente também para o adulto que quer apenas perder peso e sair do sedentarismo, até a senhora idosa que quer apenas se exercitar!!!

No doubt it is the best option for those who want a physical activity, from the attention deficit child who is raised badly with parents, to the youngster who wants to be more focused and have better grades at school or college, also excellent for the adult. who just wants to lose weight and get out of sedentary, even the elderly lady who just wants to work out !!!
