★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho tem 4 anos, é aluno há mais de um ano e adora fazer as aulas "kids" no MFC. Os profissionais são extremamente capacitados (e pacientes...rsrs). Recomendo esse centro de treinamento de olhos fechados! Levem seus filhos, pois as aulas são dinâmicas e os pequenos aprendem muito!!!!
My son is 4 years old, has been a student for over a year and loves taking the kids classes at MFC. The professionals are extremely trained (and patients ... lol). I recommend this training center with your eyes closed! Take your children, because the classes are dynamic and the little ones learn a lot !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei a treinar por conta de uma questao de saúde e me apaixonei pela arte, que logo percebe-se que desafia mais a mente e não apenas o físico.
Eu tinha aquela visão dos anos 80 e 90, de que era uma arte marcial para os "casca grossas", arruaceiros, de quem gosta de confusão.
Ledo engano.
Ao chegar MFC, me deparei com crianças treinando, com pessoas bemmmm acima do peso, pessoas muito magras, faixas pretas competidores e faixas brancas com alguma questão seja ela física, mental ou de idade mais avançada.
Jovens e não tão jovens, de todos os biotipos e profissões (ex. eu me achava velho pasa iniciar e então conheci o Davi, acima do peso e com 60 anos, começando assim como eu e treinando bem com osais jovens e mais graduados, virou um exemplo para mim).
Falando da MFC e do mestre Monteiro, fui muito bem recebido e a atenção dada pelo mestre e pelo grupo para quem está chegando é diferenciada.
Rapidamente eu estava enturmado e o grupo me acolheu de uma forma que não esperava (um faixa branca, vindo de outras academias, com 40 e poucos anos sem muito gás) .
O mestre Monteiro possui uma bagagem e um conhecimento impressionante e possui uma ótima didática para passar esse conhecimento.
O centro de lutas MFC tem tudo que você pode esperar para quem deseja iniciar na arte suave, além de outras modalidades.
Ou seja, minha academia merece mais que 5 estrelas.
Ps: o que mais ganhei na MFC e no jiu-jitsu foi AUTOCONFIANÇA e também ganhei muitos amigos.

When I arrived at MFC, I came across children training, with people who were very overweight, very thin people, competing black belts and white belts with any issue, whether physical, mental or older.
Young and not so young, of all biotypes and professions (ex. I thought I was old to start and then I met Davi, overweight and 60 years old, starting like me and training well with young and more graduated students, he became an example for me).
Speaking of MFC and Mestre Monteiro, I was very well received and the attention given by the Mestre and the group to whom is arriving is different.
I was quickly in touch and the group welcomed me in a way I did not expect (a white belt, coming from other gyms, in his 40s without much gas).
Mestre Monteiro has an impressive baggage and knowledge and has excellent teaching skills to pass on this knowledge.
The MFC fighting center has everything you can expect for those who want to start in the gentle art, in addition to other modalities.
In other words, my gym deserves more than 5 stars.
Ps: what I won the most in MFC and jiu-jitsu was SELF-CONFIDENCE and I also won many friends.
