Tem espaço para todos, independentemente da graduação, idade, forma física e disponibilidade de horário. Muito Obrigado aos mestres.
Excellent gym. Environment of absolute respect. I hadn't trained jiu-jitsu for over 10 years and when I came back I was very well received. Everyone's time is respected. There is space for everyone, regardless of graduation, age, fitness and time availability. Thank you very much to the masters.

Muito boa didática e paciência no ensinamento da posição sendo esta a maior parte da semana com muito faixas preta e demais graduados. Auxiliares com excelente técnica e humanos. Ambiente excelente para competição e para qualidade de vida devido a ótimo número de alunos podendo ter diferentes treinos e com diferentes pesos. Eventualmente, mesmo sem treinar realmente dá vontade de ir mesmo para ficar meia hora participar da resenha e vendo os rolas!! Vim de outra academia e tô muito feliz com a escolha!!!
A very familiar atmosphere, especially at night time led by the Masters Ricardo Falcão and Lorenzo Scaffa. Very good didactics and patience in the teaching of the position being this most of the week with very black belts and other graduates. Assistants with excellent technique and humans. Excellent environment for competition and quality of life due to the great number of students who can have different training and different weights. Eventually, even without training, I really want to go half an hour to take part in the review and see the rolls !! I came from another gym and I'm very happy with the choice !!!
