★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei que poderia acelerar o processo e estar de acordo com a legislação vigente, pois pedi para conversar com a dona de um apartamento que queria, para regularizar o aquecedor. Colocar manta acrílica sobre o piso de taco onde fica a geladeira e pintar 2 paredes para modernizar e tirar a monitoria do branco. De 1o.o, 2 condições foram aceitas, depois, nenhuma. Ora , o fato das condições não serem aceitas não me desqualifica a para o imóvel. Havia outro que era só interessar que logo aparecia ficha antes. A atendente é legal. Mas os procedimentos ultrapassados e burocráticos ao extremo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, eu diria que a pior imobiliária que já conheci, não existe qualquer informação de que você não deve nada na área do cliente, se negam a te enviar essa informação, e se você quiser tem ainda que pagar pra receber uma simples informação de que você não deve, tenho diversos imóveis em condomínio e nunca vi isso na minha vida, desonestidade completa.

Peguei a chave de um apto e devolvi no mesmo dia, desistindo do contrato devido a falta de transparência deles! Não passam as informações corretas. Nunca mais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administradora. Vc quando vai alugar um imóvel, pedem até o seu tipo sanguíneo, vc cumpre com todas burocracias exigidas. Mas, quando vc vai sair é um tormento. No meu caso comuniquei a adm , que sairia do imóvel dia 5 para não ter que pagar outro aluguel. Dia 7 segunda feira, foi combinado a vistoria. Tudo nos conformes até que: entreguei o imóvel perfeito e as chaves. Começou meu pesadelo para receber meu calção dado de garantia. Uma semana inteira de conversa e nada do meu dinheiro. Que por lei ,depois da entrega das chaves e vistoriado a adm, tem por obrigação devolver seu dinheiro com juros e correção, ainda mais quando tudo está em dia. Pois bem, começaram com uma conversinha , que o dinheiro estava com o proprietário. Como assim? Esse calção é depositado em conta da adm. Enfim. Péssima. Eles precisão saber que eles estão ali para defender o cliente e o inquilino. Para finalizar porque a história é grande me deram um cheque na sexta para ser depósito do proprietário. Tudo errado. Abram o olho. Essa adm não presta. Só tem pose. Não se iludam.

Open your eyes. This admin doesn't work. Just pose. Don't be fooled.
