★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso falar que as poucas peças que tive acesso nao me agradaram, tão pouco que o valor não estava dentro do esperado e planejado, pelo contrário, mas tive um atendimento ruim realizado pela Graciela. Para ela o que importa é o nome da sua estilista e se você vai casar na Ilha de Caras. Ela mal olhou na minha cara e praticamente não abordou nada sobre meu casamento. Fui em alguns ateliês após o ocorrido e percebi que eu estava certa com a má impressão que tive naquela visita. O casamento é um sonho individual, cada casal tem suas preferências e particularidades. Eu, ao optar por um casamento íntimo não me faz menos apaixonada pelo meu dia! Ao optar por um vestido sem uma assinatura famosa não me faz sem condições de usar uma peça de qualidade no meu penteado. Nao me arrependo das escolhas que fiz para o meu casamento e sim por ter tentado compartilhar desse momento no ateliê da Graciela.

For her, what matters is the name of her stylist and if you are going to get married on Caras Island. She barely looked into my face and practically did not address anything about my marriage. I went to some ateliers after the event and realized that I was right with the bad impression I had on that visit. Marriage is an individual dream, each couple has their own preferences and particularities. Me, choosing to have an intimate marriage does not make me any less passionate about my day! By opting for a dress without a famous signature does not make me unfit to wear a quality piece in my hairstyle. I do not regret the choices I made for my wedding, but for trying to share this moment in Graciela's studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui aí na Graciella Starling em julho de 2019, procurar um detalhe pra cabelo para o meu casamento, que seria em Brasília. Cheguei a ir duas vezes e quase fechar, e depois não dei mais retorno, e estou há tempos querendo entrar em contato.
Essa mensagem é para, primeiramente, agradecer toda a atenção, o profissionalismo e a disponibilidade que todas vocês tiveram comigo. Desde Danielle que me atendeu para marcar o horário e me recebeu no estúdio, até a própria Graciella, que me atendeu, me fez um penteado segundo as referências para testar as grinaldas de forma mais realista e, enfim, foi solícita e atenciosa em tudo. O atendimento da Graciella Starling foi impecável, do começo ao fim.
E, em segundo lugar, eu também mando essa mensagem para avisar vocês de que acabei ficando com outra opção para a grinalda, como provavelmente deu para imaginar, e eu queria explicar essa opção. Não foi outra jóia, de outra estilista. Não só o atendimento, mas as jóias da Graciella foram as mais lindas, originais e únicas que eu provei no processo de escolha para o casamento. Acabei ficando com outro detalhe para a cabeça por uma questão conceitual mesmo, e usei flores naturais. Para mim, naquele momento, foi a escolha certa.
Mas queria usar essa plataforma para dar esse feedback, e para dizer que absolutamente tudo sobre essa experiência ficou marcado em mim. Espero ter a oportunidade de usar chapéus da Graciella no futuro e de ter outras colaborações artísticas, e agradeço a oportunidade de ter encontrado vocês, provado as jóias e considerado usar uma delas no meu casamento. Teria, também, sido muito especial.

I went there at Graciella Starling in July 2019, looking for a hair detail for my wedding, which would be in Brasilia. I even went twice and almost closed, and then I didn't return, and I've been wanting to get in touch for some time.
This message is, first, to thank you for all the attention, professionalism and availability that you all had with me. From Danielle who attended me to make an appointment and received me in the studio, to Graciella herself, who attended me, she made me a hairstyle according to the references to test the wreaths more realistically and, finally, she was helpful and attentive in everything. Graciella Starling's service was impeccable, from start to finish.
And, secondly, I also send this message to warn you that I ended up with another option for the wreath, as you probably imagined, and I wanted to explain that option. It was not another jewel, by another stylist. Not only the service, but Graciella's jewels were the most beautiful, original and unique that I tasted in the process of choosing the wedding. I ended up with another detail for the head for a conceptual reason, and I used natural flowers. For me, at that moment, it was the right choice.
But I wanted to use this platform to give this feedback, and to say that absolutely everything about this experience was marked on me. I hope to have the opportunity to wear Graciella hats in the future and to have other artistic collaborations, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have met you, tried on the jewels and considered wearing one of them at my wedding.
