★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, certa vez eu escolhi um escalimetro que não me serviria. Paguei, e no exato momento em que terminei de pagar, descobri que era escalimetro errado. Pedi para trocar pelo correto, que por sinal era mais caro. Lógico que não são obrigados a trocar, mas não custava, tendo em vista que nao saí da loja. Sequer me afastei 1 metro do caixa. Bom hoje compro na grafite apena porque lá aceita o Vale Cultura.
Não esperem um bom atendimento, o funcionários não têm boa vontade e a gerente ( Afonso pena) é ainda pior.
Well, I once chose a scale that wouldn't work. I paid, and just when I finished paying, I found out it was the wrong scale. I asked to change the correct one, which by the way was more expensive. Of course, they are not obliged to exchange, but it didn't cost, considering that I didn't leave the store. I didn't even walk 1 meter away from the cashier. Well, today I buy in graphite only because it accepts Vale Cultura there.
Do not expect good service, the employees have no goodwill and the manager (Afonso Pena) is even worse.
