★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO PERCAM TEMPO AQUI. Fiz uma compra de cartão de visita. Demorou 10 dias a mais do prazo que dizem ser de 3 dias. O cartão veio totalmente diferente do arquivo enviado, cores alteradas, sem o verso impresso, sem verniz localizado conforme a compra. Demoraram mais 7 dias para me responderem, ai me ligam na total cara de pau falando que era assim mesmo pois o arquivo alterou na produção. Não me informaram o motivo do erro antecipadamente. FUI DESTRATADO VIA TELEFONE E NÃO ESTÃO NEM AI COM O CLIENTE, SÓ QUEREM EMBOLSAR O DINHEIRO. QUAL SENTIDO DE UMA EMPRESA DESSA EXISTIR? PRA QUE ATRAPALHAR A VIDA DOS OUTROS? LAMENTO PELOS FUNCIONÁRIOS QUE TRABALHAM LÁ E QUEM DE ALGUMA FORMA CONTRATA OS SERVIÇOS DESSA GRÁFICA VISUAL NET .
DON'T WASTE TIME HERE. I made a business card purchase. It took 10 days longer than they say is 3 days. The card came entirely different from the file sent, colors changed, without the printed back, no varnish located as purchased. It took another 7 days to answer me, then call me in full face talking that was anyway because the file changed in production. They did not inform me of the reason for the error in advance. I WAS UNLOCKED THROUGH PHONE AND ARE NOT NOR WITH THE CUSTOMER, JUST WANT TO PACK THE MONEY. What sense of a company there is? WHY DAMB THE LIFE OF OTHERS? I AM SORRY FOR EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE AND IN ANY WAY HIRING THE SERVICES OF THIS VISUAL NET GRAPHIC.
