★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Falta de respeito com o consumidor. Não fui bem atendida e além de tudo mandaram eu fazer os serviço de impressão (que no caso seria a impressão de uma foto) em outro lugar. Não gostei da forma como me responderam e a falta de sinceridade do serviço. Não recomendo!
 Lousy service! Lack of respect with the consumer. I was not well attended and besides they had me do the printing service (which in this case would be the impression of a photo) somewhere else. I did not like the way they answered me and the lack of sincerity of the service. Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atende bem as necessidades de gráfica rápida e trabalhos simples, como cópias, scanner e impressão de boletos e banners, e o dono é sempre muito educado e atencioso comigo. Mas eu não indico para trabalhos mais complexos e que demandam a colaboração mais intensa dos atendentes dos guichês, pois o tempo de espera é MUITO longo (já tive de esperar 1h para ser atendido) e os atendentes do guichê são mal-humorados e atendem com má vontade, parecem até que estão fazendo um favor. Uma vez fui fazer uma caneca lá e reclamei porque a impressão tinha ficado muito embaçada (quase não dava pra distinguir o desenho), o atendente me disse que era o que dava pra fazer e que podia ter ficado muito pior.
Meets the needs of fast graphics and simple jobs like copying, scanning and printing of slips and banners well, and the owner is always very polite and considerate to me. But I do not indicate for more complex jobs that require the most intense collaboration of the window attendants, because the waiting time is VERY long (I had to wait 1h to be attended) and the window attendants are grumpy and answer with unwillingly, they even seem to be doing them a favor. One time I went to make a mug there and complained because the print had gotten very blurred (I could hardly distinguish the design), the attendant told me it was what I could do and could have gotten a lot worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gráfica. Funcionários mal educados, sequer escutam o que você está pedindo, fazem o trabalho errado e você ainda tem que pagar por isso. Nem mesmo uma informação básica como horário de funcionamento são capazes de responder de maneira correta.
Bad graphics. Poorly educated employees don't even listen to what you're asking for, do the wrong job and you still have to pay for it. Not even basic information such as opening hours are able to answer correctly.

I always send my files by wpp. When I get there, I just pay and receive. Which helps me a lot, because I don't waste time.
