I've been a Gráfica Gel customer since 2009 and I love their work! Excellent quality of service. I trust them with my eyes closed and I recommend them too. I've made order books, business cards, receipt slips, folders to carry documents, etc... and don't trade them anywhere else! I am always grateful for the speed of delivery and sympathy in service.

Não, a atendente NÃO foi cordial, NÃO me explicou com educação e clareza, foi grossa. Tenho print da conversa caso queira ver. Se a atitude é fingir que nada aconteceu e serem coniventes com o atendimento, sinal que não prezam pela qualidade no atendimento.
Não pedi exceções que não possam fazer, apenas orientação e não responder "infelizmente não vamos fazer negócio"
E sobre canais abertos, me expliquem então, por que eu fui bloqueado no whatsapp ao pedir para falar com o gerente ou diretor?

Um atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo MESMO.
I received a bad service and I was still blocked on whatsapp by the attendant VILMA.
I asked them to issue a note and I would pay the EARLY service and they did not accept. Attendant was extremely GROSS and even blocked me. I want to speak with someone in charge. Ahmad (11) 982090153.

RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT
No, the attendant was NOT cordial, she did NOT explain to me politely and clearly, she was rude. I have a print of the conversation if you want to see it. If the attitude is to pretend that nothing happened and to be conniving with the service, a sign that they do not value the quality of service.
I didn't ask for exceptions that they can't make, just guidance and not answering "unfortunately we won't do business"
And about open channels, explain to me then, why was I blocked on whatsapp when asking to speak with the manager or director?
Absurd
A lousy service. I DO NOT recommend.
