Por isso mesmo escolhi para encomendar adesivos para o meu projeto.
Após acertar o valor de sinal, me deram 5 dias úteis para entrega. Liguei após 7 dias e me disseram que o pedido estava em andamento.
Hoje, após 14 dias, promessas vazias e um e-mail não respondido, fui até a loja e a solução que o vendedor me deu foi "refazer o pedido".
Tempo é dinheiro, amigos. e por isso mesmo estou perdendo o meu aqui, para demonstrar minha insatisfação. Sei que ninguém aqui é robô e imprevistos acontecem, mas já pensou se fosse o seu projeto sendo prejudicado?
Vale ressaltar que o telefone fixo e celular, mencionados no google, não estão funcionando há pelo menos 2 dias.
I've done several services with this graphic and never had problems.
That's why I chose to order stickers for my project.
After setting the signal value, they gave me 5 working days for delivery. I called after 7 days and was told the order was in progress.
Today, after 14 days, empty promises and an unanswered email, I went to the store and the solution the seller gave me was "reorder".
Time is money, friends. and that's why I'm losing mine here, to demonstrate my dissatisfaction. I know that nobody here is a robot and unforeseen events happen, but have you ever thought if it was your project being harmed?
It is noteworthy that the landline and cell phone, mentioned on google, have not been working for at least 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, faz o pedido todo errado, ninguém atende nem no WhatsApp nem telefone, no balcão ninguém sabe informar nada e ficam te enrolando no prazo de entrega.
Terrible service, makes the order all wrong, no one answers on WhatsApp or phone, no one at the counter knows how to tell you anything and they keep rolling you over the delivery deadline.
