★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fui lá, queria fazer uma caneca com foto e a loja não tinha nenhuma pra me mostrar, mas afirmou já ter feito. Fiquei na dúvida e não fiz.
Segunda vez que fui lá, queria estampar um body pro aniversário da minha filha, mas falaram que tinha que ser no tecido deles pq no "meu tecido" não pegaria a estampa, mas novamente não tinham o modelo pra eu ver o trabalho. Tinha uma camisa pendurada no mostruário (já estampada), mas falaram que não era naquele tecido, que seria em um tipo algodão... TIPO. OK. Eu arrisquei em fazer. Estava com a minha filha de 6 meses no colo e me orientaram a fazer o tamanho G que daria certinho nela. (Ela está fazendo 7 meses). Ok. No dia seguinte meu marido foi buscar o body.
O body era ENORME. A etiqueta estava cortada, não conseguindo confirmar o tamanho. O tecido não foi o que disseram, era SIM, o que estava pendurado no mostruário. Enfim, uma decepção total.
Como era fim de ano, a loja so abriu dia 2/01(dia da festa). Liguei pra lá para reclamar e entender o que tinha acontecido, já que o atendimento no local foi mto bom e o que "prometeram" parecia que seria cumprido.
Mas fui mto mal atendida. A pessoa falou que era o tecido certo, tamanho certo.... E EU que estava errada. O pior é que era o dia da festa e não tive tempo de fazer outro. Nem me ofereceram alguma sugestão pra tentar reparar o erro(q não assumiram) ou até mesmo para me manter cliente.
Deixei clara a minha insatisfação e que não os recomendaria a ninguém .
Fiz até uma sugestão , de terem de mostruário, tudo aquilo que vendem. Assim não geram maiores insaisfações.
Conclusão, insatisfação total.
First time I went there, I wanted to make a mug with a photo and the store had none to show me, but he said he had already done it. I was in doubt and didn't do it.
Second time I went there, I wanted to print a body for my daughter's birthday, but they said it had to be in their fabric because "my fabric" wouldn't take the pattern, but again they didn't have the model for me to see the work. There was a shirt hanging from the showcase (already printed), but they said it wasn’t in that fabric, it would be a cotton type ... TYPE. OK. I risked doing it. I had my 6-month-old daughter on my lap and I was instructed to make the size G that would fit her perfectly. (She is doing 7 months). Ok. The next day my husband went to get the body.
The body was HUGE. The label was cut, unable to confirm the size. The fabric was not what they said, it was YES, what was hanging on the showcase. Anyway, a total disappointment.
As it was the end of the year, the store only opened on the 1st of January (party day). I called there to complain and understand what had happened, since the service at the place was very good and what they "promised" looked like it would be fulfilled.
But I was very poorly attended. The person said it was the right fabric, the right size .... And I was wrong. The worst thing was that it was the day of the party and I didn't have time to do another one. They didn't even offer me any suggestions to try to repair the error (they didn't assume) or even to keep me a customer.
I made my dissatisfaction clear and would not recommend them to anyone.
I even made a suggestion, that they have to showcase everything they sell. Thus, they do not generate greater insalfactions.
Conclusion, total dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisamos para fazer as canecas personalizadas, e fomos atendidos pelo Joaquim. As canecas chegaram rachadas e com péssima qualidade. Devolvemos! Ele aumentou em quase 50% as canecas que ficaram conosco, e ainda cobrou o frete que não estava combinado. Muito decepcionada e me sentindo lesada.
