★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos 250 convites que não foram entregues no prazo contratual por conta de uma viagem da caligrafa. Após recebermos os convites mais de 30% estavam errados pois a caligrafa mudou nossa lista de casamento como quis.
Retornamos os convites para a gráfica para correção e ainda estamos esperando pela correção, isso a menos de um mês para o casamento...
Pensem bem antes de contratar, o pós venda é péssimo!!!
We hired 250 invitations that were not delivered on time due to a calligraphy trip. After we received the invitations over 30% were wrong because the handwriting changed our wedding list as we wanted.
We have returned invitations to the press for correction and are still waiting for correction, less than a month before the wedding ...
Think carefully before hiring, the after sale is terrible !!!

Quality service but can always improve. Professionalism is what matters. As it is already a traditional graphic in Fortaleza, I was apprehensive of the rumor that it would close. Masp according to one of its partners, OCHO will remain focused on printing quality invitations
