★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei a mais por um erro da própria gráfica. Expliquei 4 vezes a mesma coisa pro lerdo do funcionário e ele disse q entendeu. Cuidado com essa empresa. Aí o funcionário da própria empresa lixo me mandou me virar com o gerente! Nunca mais volto nessa desorganização. Paguei 50 de impressão e ainda tive q pagar mais 30 forçado por erro dele.
I paid more for an error of the graph itself. I explained the same thing to the official for four times and he said he understood. Beware of this company. Then the clerk at the junk company told me to go with the manager! I'm never in this mess again. I paid 50 for printing and still had to pay 30 more for his error.

Precisava imprimir 3 folhas A4 e plastificá-las para um cliente meu. Liguei na hora do almoço para saber se haveria a possibilidade de eu enviar o arquivo por e-mail para eles produzirem durante a tarde, e eu passaria lá no fim do expediente para pagar e pegar os produtos. Falei com o ISAAC por telefone, e ele prontamente me respondeu que dava pra fazer sim, e me passou o endereço de e-mail para enviar. Fiz conforme o combinado, e ainda falei no corpo do e-mail que qualquer problema ou dúvida ele poderia me ligar no número que informei. No fim do expediente cheguei na gráfica querendo saber se haviam feito o serviço, e o Isaac falou "não sei nem o que é". Em seguida ele foi na caixa de entrada do e-mail e aí que ele foi abrir minha mensagem. Passou a tarde inteira, não leu meu e-mail, o serviço solicitado não foi feito, o funcionário não deu a mínima importância para a situação, nem o gerente que não se deu ao trabalho de entender o problema do cliente.
Ainda teve a outra vez que tive problemas com a Totalgraph. Foi em janeiro/2019 quando precisei imprimir uma simples folha A4 com alguns símbolos na cor preta. A impressão saiu horrível, toda borrada, e pedi para imprimir outra, pois era um produto que precisava de boa definição da imagem. A moça imprimiu pela segunda vez e ficou pior ainda. Escolhi uma das duas para ficar, já que vi que os equipamentos não eram bons o suficiente e não adiantava tentar continuar imprimindo, e ela me cobrou pelas duas impressões, mesmo sendo problema técnico deles.
Achei total descaso e falta de profissionalismo em ambas as vezes. Podem ter certeza que não sou mais cliente de vocês, e com toda a certeza não indicarei para ninguém que conheço. Como posso indicar uma gráfica para meus clientes que ignora os serviços solicitados, e que que não posso contar com a qualidade?

I needed to print 3 A4 sheets and plaster them for a client of mine. I called at lunch to see if there would be a chance that I would e-mail the file for them to produce in the afternoon, and I would drop by at the end of the day to pay and pick up the products. I spoke to ISAAC over the phone, and he promptly replied that I could give him yes, and gave me the email address to send. I did as agreed, and I still told in the body of the email that any problem or doubt he could call me at the number I reported. At the end of the day I arrived at the printing house asking if they had done the service, and Isaac said "I do not even know what it is". Then it was in the email inbox and there he was to open my message. He spent the entire afternoon, did not read my email, the service requested was not done, the employee gave no importance to the situation, nor the manager who did not bother to understand the client's problem.
Still had the other time that I had problems with Totalgraph. It was in January / 2019 when I had to print a simple A4 sheet with some black symbols. The print came out horrible, all blurry, and I asked to print another, because it was a product that needed good definition of the image. The girl printed for the second time and got worse. I chose one of them to stay, since I saw that the equipment was not good enough and it was no use trying to continue printing, and it charged me for the two impressions, even though it was a technical problem.
I found total disregard and lack of professionalism at both times. You can be sure that I am no longer a customer to you, and certainly will not point to anyone I know. How can I indicate a graph for my clients that ignores the requested services, and that I can not count on the quality?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local! NÃO RECOMENDO! O atendente é grosseiro e mentiroso. Dá um preço mas no final cobra outro! Se aproveita de quem está com pressa!
Nem sequer me deu boa noite ou me cumprimentou, simplesmente deixou o cliente que atendia antes e passou por trás de mim, como se eu nem existisse, para virar a plaquinha de "aberto" para "fechado", deixando claro o desagrado com a minha presença, pois estava próximo do horário de encerramento. Foi pouquíssimo solícito e MENTIU sobre os valores das impressões. Quando perguntei, disse que era 0,50 por folha, e como mandei imprimir 7, daria R$3,50, mas ele me cobrou R$7,50.
Só paguei porque precisava das cópias para pouquíssimos minutos depois! Lugar medíocre!
Bad place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The attendant is rude and a liar. Give a price but in the end charge another! Take advantage of those in a hurry!
He didn't even say good night or greet me, he simply left the customer who served before and went behind me, as if I didn't even exist, to turn the sign from "open" to "closed", making clear the displeasure with mine. presence, as it was close to closing time. I only paid because I needed the copies for a few minutes later! Mediocre place!
