Solicitei impressão de flyers e tags pra minha empresa na Alfa Print Salvador, sem conhecer o serviço da Gráfica, me baseando no site e mídias sociais. Fechei o pedido e paguei 50% do valor antes de receber uma prévia da impressão. Quando recebi a amostra me frustei, foi decepcionante, sem qualidade de cores, definição ou qualquer qualidade. Resolvi cancelar e pedir reembolso dos 50%. Eles ao invés de tentar resolver ficaram empurrando a justificativa do material lixo que me mandaram, pro designer gráfico que fez. Só justificativa furada e nada de esforço pra tentar mudar minha ideia de cancelar o pedido. Então, falei que queria mesmo cancelar e reaver o valor de $145 já pagos. Isso faz 2 meses e até hoje eles falam que vão ver com o financeiro. Sempre estive solícita para resolver a questão, mas não há qualquer interesse deles em fazer isso. Só quero meu dinheiro de volta!

I requested the printing of flyers and tags for my company at Alfa Print Salvador, without knowing the Gráfica service, basing myself on the website and social media. I closed the order and paid 50% of the price before receiving a print preview. When I received the sample I was frustrated, it was disappointing, no color quality, definition or any quality whatsoever. I decided to cancel and ask for a 50% refund. Instead of trying to solve them, they kept pushing the justification of the junk material they sent me to the graphic designer who made it. Just hollow justification and no effort to try to change my idea of canceling the order. So I said that I really wanted to cancel and get the $145 already paid back. It's been 2 months and even today they say they're going to do with finance. I have always been solicitous to resolve the issue, but there is no interest in them to do so. I just want my money back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa golpista! Fiz um pedido, paguei a metade do valor e até hoje estou sendo enrolada! Mais de 20 dias que fiz o pedido! Por último pedi a devolução do meu valor e não respondem a minha mensagem!!!! Já desativaram o Instagram é simplesmente ignoram qualquer mensagem! Não façam pedido!
Scam company! I placed an order, paid half of the amount and to this day I'm being rolled! More than 20 days since I placed the order! Finally I asked for my money back and they didn't respond to my message!!!! They have already deactivated Instagram and simply ignore any message! Do not order!
