★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente a qualidade do atendimento caiu muito depois da pandemia, sempre fui cliente Pamda, os atendentes sempre eram muito práticos, ágeis, educados e prestativos... A última vez que imprimi passei um sufoco tremendo, desde me comunicar, gastar saliva e tempo explicando o tipo de serviço que eu queria que, aliás sempre fiz com facilidade , negócio básico que faço sempre há pelo menos uns 10 anos com a gráfica, até não entregarem tudo o que foi solicitado, me obrigar a perder mais tempo e dinheiro com locomoção, experiência frustrante demais, zero preocupação de dar uma atenção pra quem é cliente, sinceramente eu tô procurando outra gráfica pra fazer os próximos serviços porque é muito descaso, fora a falta de educação de desligarem o telefone da minha cara e notar até um certo sarcasmo dos atendentes que fizeram pouco caso e não me deram nenhum desconto por todo o tempo que perdi.
Unfortunately, the quality of service dropped a lot after the pandemic, I've always been a Pamda customer, the attendants were always very practical, agile, polite and helpful... the type of service I wanted, which, in fact, I always did with ease, basic business that I have been doing for at least 10 years with the printer, until they do not deliver everything that was requested, forcing me to waste more time and money with locomotion, very frustrating experience, zero concern to pay attention to who is a customer, honestly I'm looking for another printer to do the next services because it's very neglect, apart from the lack of politeness of hanging up the phone in my face and even noticing a certain sarcasm of the attendants who paid little attention and didn't give me any discount for all the time I wasted.
