★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe mal preparada pra lidar com cliente, tentaram me empurrar um produto que não queria e não me deixaram comprar o que fui buscar por terem me passado orçamento errado. Ao invés de conversar e explicar que o valor tinha que ser ajustado queriam me forçar a comprar outro mais caro. No fim, levei em outro mais barata e com mais qualidade segundo a gráfica mesmo
Team ill prepared to deal with customers, tried to push me a product that I did not want and they did not let me buy what I got because they gave me the wrong budget. Instead of talking and explaining that the value had to be adjusted, they wanted to force me to buy a more expensive one. In the end, I took it in a cheaper one and with more quality according to the same printer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Sra (que acredito ser proprietária) é bem gentil e nos atende bem, já as demais não passam de uma bando de incompetentes que além de trabalharem mal, erram constantemente (e acaba impactando em nós, clientes), além de atender mal. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO! Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e perguntei se poderia mandar uma imagem pra impressão e ir buscar na hora do meu almoço, já que eu não teria muito tempo. Me informaram que eu poderia ir na hora pra imprimir. Ok. Chegou a hora do meu almoço e me falaram que eu só poderia ir após 1 hora pois não teria ninguém pra me atender, sendo que eu já tinha entrado em contato antes solicitação que imprimissem pra que fosse mais rápido, pois era o único momento que eu tinha. Pedi pro meu namorado ir até lá apos o horário estipulado pra mim. Disseram que não conseguiriam imprimir a imagem e em seguida foram essas palavras usadas "se acontecer de voce não gostar voce vai ter que ficar com a foto".
Despreparados, mal educados, não indico pra ninguém, muito pelo contrário. Péssimo.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I contacted WhatsApp and asked if I could send an image for printing and pick it up at lunchtime, since I wouldn't have much time. They informed me that I could go on time to print. Ok. It was time for my lunch and they told me that I could only go after 1 hour because there would be no one to attend to me, since I had already contacted them before asking them to print it so that it would be faster, as it was the only time That i had. I asked my boyfriend to go there after the stipulated time for me. They said they would not be able to print the image and then those words were used "if you don't like it you will have to keep the photo".
Unprepared, badly educated, I don't recommend it to anyone, quite the contrary. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, pedi pra fazer uma placa, ela veio cheia de marcas de dedo com tinta, passei a foto, e a pessoa queria que levasse a placa lá , pra ela poder pedir pra fazer outra, falei se não podia adiantar fazendo outra e só ia lá para trocar, falou que precisava da placa mal acabada, pra me entregar outra três dias depois. Não já tinha enviado as fotos, porque complicar tanto, ter que ir lá duas vezes, uma pra levar e outra pra buscar, e com certeza quem fez viu que sujou, porque imediatamente já não fez outra, preferiu entregar a placa cheia de tinta.
Terrible service, I asked to make a sign, it came full of finger marks with ink, I gave the photo, and the person wanted me to take the sign there, so that they could ask to make another one, I said if I couldn't do another one and that's it he went there to change, he said he needed the badly finished board, to give me another one three days later. I hadn't already sent the photos, because it was so complicated, I had to go there twice, once to take them and once to pick them up, and for sure whoever did it saw that it got dirty, because immediately they didn't make another one, they preferred to deliver the plate full of ink.
