★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 2 Yakisobas e quando chegou além de gelado estava fendendo podre, tentei entrar em contato com a loja por diversas formas inclusive pelo Ifood e não obtive retorno algum, no telefone ninguém atende. Não recomendo pra ngm nem pra cachorro. Uma grande falta de respeito e responsabilidade com o cliente. Jamais irei recomendar esse restaurante pra alguém. Péssimo negócio e nojento.
 I ordered 2 Yakisobas and when it arrived, in addition to ice cream, it was cracking rotten, I tried to contact the store in several ways, including Ifood and I didn't get any response, no one answers the phone. I don't recommend it to anyone or dogs. A great lack of respect and responsibility towards the customer. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Bad business and disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salmão grelhado e o shimeji vieram frescos, já o hot e o temaki veio Murcho e o hot sem salmão praticamente, paguei pra comer arroz, entendo que o preco e baixo mas no mínimo entregue o que tem nas fotos, se não, é praticamente propagando enganosa pq por fotos são bem servidos, e o padrão deveriam ser todos iguais, o temaki eu pedi hot veio grelhado, pontos pequenos que deixam a desejar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da vida. Finalizei o pedido por volta das 21:20 com previsão de entrega para 22:38-22:48. A partir das 22:45 comecei a receber notificações dizendo que o motoboy estava a caminho do restaurante para retirar meu pedido. Isso se repetiu cerca de 4 vezes, cada vez com um motoboy diferente, até que já havia passado das 23:30 e nada de chegar.
Quando fui ver, o restaurante já estava fechado e eu já não conseguia mais entrar em contato com ninguém para resolver meu problema.
Por sorte, depois de muito estresse, o ifood cancelou o pedido e me reembolsou o dinheiro, porém continuo com fome.
Não recomendo para ninguém esse restaurante, pague um pouco mais em outro porque pelo menos sua comida vai chegar.
Worst life experience. I finished the order around 21:20 with a delivery forecast for 22:38-22:48. From 22:45 I started to receive notifications saying that the motoboy was on his way to the restaurant to pick up my order. This was repeated about 4 times, each time with a different motoboy, until it was past 11:30 pm and no one arrived.
When I went to see it, the restaurant was already closed and I was no longer able to contact anyone to solve my problem.
Luckily, after a lot of stress, ifood canceled the order and refunded me the money, but I'm still hungry.
I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone, pay a little more at another one because at least your food will arrive.

Fizemos o pedido ás 19:40 chegou as 21:07 totalmente gelado e sem condição nenhuma para consumo pois estava com um cheiro bem esquesito. Não atendem o telefone, não respondem zap. Não indico para ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fiz um pedido ontem às 21h45 recebi o pedido quase 00h00 o pior que o app informa a HR que o produto está a caminho, ficamos plantados esperando né achando que no máximo 30 minutos está aqui aí se passa mais de uma hora, agente liga, manda WhatsApp e não tem respostas, quando chega o pedido os quentes parecem que foram feitos no dia anterior, murchos, horrível, não peço mais e não Índico.
Terrible, I placed an order yesterday at 9:45 pm I received the order at almost 00:00 the worst that the app informs HR that the product is on its way, we are planted waiting, you know, thinking that at most 30 minutes it is here, then more than an hour passes, agent calls , send WhatsApp and have no answers, when the order arrives the hot ones look like they were made the day before, withered, horrible, I don't order anymore and not Indian.
