★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive minha bebê nesse hospital e fui muito bem acolhida, meu marido pode ficar comigo o tempo todo, a comida é muito boa tanto do paciente quanto do acompanhante, precisei ir novamente com minha filha já com 8 meses e fui novamente muito bem atendida, além de rápido no atendimento a médica me explicou e avaliou minha filha com muito cuidado, de uma coisa eu digo, nunca é o local e sim o profissional, existe aqueles que amam e fazem a diferença, agradeço a Deus por todas as vezes ter passado por esses, que amam o que fazem.
 I had my baby in this hospital and I was very well received, my husband can stay with me all the time, the food is very good for both the patient and the companion, I had to go again with my daughter, who was 8 months old and I was again very well attended, in addition the doctor explained and evaluated my daughter very carefully, from one thing I say, it's never the place, it's the professional, there are those who love and make a difference, I thank God for having gone through every time those, who love what they do.

Estive com minha filha que tinha apenas seis dias no hospital pois ela estava muito ofegante e chorando muito. Felizmente não era nada demais mas em compensação a Dra me tratou como se tivesse pedindo um favor, além de ser super mal educada (não respondeu nem meu boa noite) ainda tirou minha máscara do meu rosto sem minha autorização alegando que estava imunda.
Dra Magali eu espero que você tenha mais empatia por uma mãe puérpera. Se procuramos ajuda de um especialista, é porque queremos o melhor para os nossos filhos e não o contrário. Cabe ao profissional ajudar e aconselhar, ao invés de falar para uma mãe que ela precisa estudar mais sobre a rotina de um recém nascido antes de ir para o hospital. O hospital já é considerado horrível pelo seu atendimento, com uma profissional como essa então, piorou.
I would like to publicly register my indignation with the care I had for my daughter on 12/24
I was with my daughter who was only six days in the hospital as she was very panting and crying a lot. Fortunately it was no big deal but on the other hand, the Dra treated me as if I was asking for a favor, in addition to being super rude (she didn't even answer my goodnight) she still took my mask off my face without my permission claiming that I was filthy.
Dr Magali I hope you have more empathy for a mother who has just given birth. If we seek help from an expert, it is because we want the best for our children and not the other way around. It is up to the professional to help and advise, rather than telling a mother that she needs to study more about the routine of a newborn before going to the hospital. The hospital is already considered horrible for its care, with a professional like this, it got worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Helen Cristina, estive internada no setor de clínica cirúrgica, do dia 27 à 30 de Janeiro/2022, sendo atendida pela equipe da dra Natália, em especial dr. Youri, dr. Bruno e dr. Gustavo, só tenho a agradecer a todos os funcionários desde a recepção até os auxiliares e enfermeiros, Ingrid, Jéssica, Flávia, Maria Aparecida, Nelson, Lilian e todos os outros.
Parabéns para limpeza e setor de alimentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradeço a Deus que usou esse hospital para salvar a vida do meu filho várias vezes, quando era bebê e teve convulsões febris e foi atendido rapidamente e quando teve problemas nos rins e precisou ficar internado por 4 dias tomando antibiótico forte através de soro. Já fui muito bem atendida tbm no clínico geral e na ginecologia e obstetria. Pessoas reclamando sempre existirá até nos hospitais particulares.
I thank God who used this hospital to save my son's life several times, when he was a baby and he had febrile seizures and was treated quickly and when he had kidney problems and needed to be hospitalized for 4 days taking strong antibiotics through serum. I've been treated very well in the general clinic and in gynecology and obstetrics. People complaining will always exist even in private hospitals.

Deus sabe de tudo, é Ele quem determina o começo e o fim da vida de alguém... se aconteceu, é porque Deus permitiu... eu pedi muito a Deus que minha família e eu não fossemos atingidos por este grande mau que está assolando o Brasil e o mundo, porém, direta ou indiretamente, fomos atingidos....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu avo está internado no hgg desdo dia 21/02 no maior descaso que eu como profissional da saúde ja vi, nunca tinha visto um hospital com profissionais tão incompetentes na minha vida, a enfermagem nem se conta, não dão banho, não fazem as trocas, quando apertar a campainha demoram mais de 2 horas para ir, meu avo está com câncer então sente muitas dores, eu implorei para darem uma ajuda para ele depois de 3 sem dormi e chorando e gritando de dor resolveram dar dipirona para ele, sim dipirona para uma pessoa que está com câncer e morrendo de dor, ele tinha uma broncoscopia dia 18 para avaliar qual tipo de câncer ele tem, depois de ter ficado quase 1 mês na fila, ele foi para o hospital que iria fazer a broncoscopia, porém chegando lá o médico do hospital viu que o HOSPITAL DO GRAJAU NAO TINHA MANDANDO OS EXAMES, NAO TINHA LEVADO ELE EM UMA AMBULÂNCIA DE UTI E NAO TINHA NENHUM MEDICO JUNTO CASO ELE PASSASE MAL, ENTAO NAO QUISEREM FAZER A BIOPISA POR CONTA DO ERRO DO HOSPITAL GRAJAU, LEMBRANDO QUE E MUITO DIFÍCIL CONSEGUIR UMA VAGA E PARA QUEM TEM CANCER O DIAGNÓSTICO RAPIDO SALVA A VIDA DA PESSOA, E ELE PERDEU A OPORTUNIDADE DE DESCOBRIR ISSO LOGO POR CONTA DO ERRO DE VOCES, EU NAO VOU DEIXAR QUE ELE MORRA PELA INCOMPETENCIA DE VOCES, AGUARDO UM RETORNO OU IREI ENTRAR COM UM PROCESSO.
My grandfather has been hospitalized at the hgg since 02/21 in the biggest neglect that I as a health professional have ever seen, I had never seen a hospital with such incompetent professionals in my life, the nursing staff doesn't even care, they don't bathe, they don't do the exchanges , when you press the bell it takes more than 2 hours to go, my grandfather has cancer so he is in a lot of pain, I begged them to help him after 3 without sleep and crying and screaming in pain they decided to give him dipyrone, yes dipyrone for a person who has cancer and is dying of pain, he had a bronchoscopy on the 18th to assess what type of cancer he has, after being in line for almost 1 month, he went to the hospital to have a bronchoscopy, but he arrived there, the hospital doctor saw that the HOSPITAL DO GRAJAU HAD NOT SENDING THE EXAMS, THEY HAD NOT TAKEN HIM IN TO AN ICU AMBULANCE AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY DOCTOR WITH THEM IN CASE HE HAS ILL, THEN THEY DON'T WANT TO PERFORM THE BIOPIS BECAUSE OF THE GRAJAU HOSPITAL'S ERROR , LEM BRANDO THAT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A SPOT AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CANCER THE RAPID DIAGNOSIS SAVES THE PERSON'S LIFE, AND HE MISSED THE OPPORTUNITY TO FIND OUT THIS SOON BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE, I WILL NOT LET HIM DIE BY YOUR INCOMPETENCE, I WAITING FOR A RETURN OR I WILL FILE A PROCESS.
