★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes são bem prestativos, porém a internet em si não é boa. Só fica boa no primeiro mês de instalação, depois disso várias ligações pra tentar solucionar e sem sucesso. Não recomendo.
Attendants are very helpful, but the internet itself is not good. It only gets good in the first month of installation, after that several calls to try to solve it and without success. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tinha tido problemas com eles até agora. 18 minutos em espera para descobrir que estou sem internet devido uma manutenção deles na minha região.
1° tem tempos de pandemia, aulas online e trabalho remoto, casos desse tipo deveriam ser informado aos clientes de alguma forma.
2° tempo de espera muito elevado em ligações, obviamente isso faz o cliente ficar mais irritado.
São bons, porém pode te deixar na mão quando você menos esperar.

1 ° has pandemic times, online classes and remote work, cases of this type should be informed to customers in some way.
2nd very long waiting time on calls, obviously this makes the customer more angry.
They are good, but you can let them down when you least expect them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem momentos que temos que parar e elogiar! Em resumo, estava sem internet a 2 dias por motivos não relacionados a iw net e eles disponibilizaram um técnico domingo a tarde para fazer meu atendimento, que por sinal foi feito com maestria!
Agradeço muito a atenção e o atendimento. Recomendo fortemente esse provedor de internet.
There are moments that we have to stop and praise! In short, I was without internet for 2 days for reasons not related to iw net and they made a technician available Sunday afternoon to do my service, which by the way was done with mastery!

Desdo dia que assinei só me deu dor de cabeça, fora que se eu cancelar tenho que pagar multa sendo que o serviço prestado não corresponde.
Vou procurar o Procon até por que eu quero uma Internet que funcione.
