Tem mais de 3 meses que espero mandarem as pedras certas, sempre vem com outro problema, sem o acabamento devido ou de tipo se diferente. O atendimento péssimo, gerente não atende minhas ligações e quando atende sempre diz que vai mandar levar e nunca leva.
The worst possible! Uncompromising staff, all the stones came wrong in both the chosen color and the measurements. It has been more than 3 months that I hope to send the right stones, it always comes with another problem, without the proper finishing or type if different. The service was terrible, the manager doesn't answer my calls and when he answers he always says he's going to take them away and he never takes them.
