Iria fazer uma compra de mais de 400 reais, mas os atendentes atendiam pessoas que chegaram depois de mim, nem se quer perguntaram se eu precisaria de ajuda, eu até imagino o motivo. Não voltaria.
 The store really has everything, but the service leaves something to be desired, I can't even say that I was underserved because I wasn't even served. I was going to make a purchase of more than 400 reais, but the attendants attended to people who arrived after me, they didn't even ask if I would need help, I can even imagine the reason. Would not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar maravilhoso com uma imensa variedade de produtos. Fui muito bem atendida e meu pet adorou também. Tiramos fotos com o Bel Marques (mascote do Mundo Pet). Ele e meu pet ficaram amigos. Adorei e recomendo.
Wonderful place with an immense variety of products. I was very well attended and my pet loved it too. We took pictures with Bel Marques (mascot of Mundo Pet). He and my pet became friends. I loved it and recommend it.

Falta de comprometimento com o cliente ,isso e falta de funcionário qualificado não volto a comprar nunca mais nessa loja e desde já aviso não tem compromisso com o cliente
Zero service. I placed an order for delivery at 1:40 pm and when it arrived at 7:58 pm, after a lot of fussing all day, I was told that there would be no way to make my delivery.
Lack of commitment to the customer, this and lack of qualified employee I will never buy from this store again and I warn you, there is no commitment to the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre realizamos banho e tosa da nossa Lily nesta loja, sempre chegamos no horário e sempre temos de esperar devido a atrasos do atendente.
Hoje chegamos atrasado 20 min e fomos informados que agora Lily será atendida como extra. Ou seja não tem um horário previsto.
Ainda tive de dá uma estrela para poder postar.
We always bathe and groom our Lily in this store, we always arrive on time and we always have to wait due to delays from the attendant.
Today we arrived 20 min late and were told that now Lily will be taken care of as an extra. In other words, there is no timetable.
I still had to give it a star to post it.
