★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de outra cidade e estive lá sábado: produtos excelentes como tudo da Granado, mas um atendimento tão desatencioso, beirando à grosseria, de uma das vendedoras, que fiquei incomodada e sai com apenas dois sabonetes. Voltarei lá e espero que seja outra equipe no horário em que eu for, senão dessa vez não comprarei nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são bons . Mas algumas atendentes são desatenciosas. A última vez que fui me senti mal atendida. A moça não estava mostrando interesse em me atender . Não era proativa. Ficava parada num canto , só respondia o que eu perguntava, cara fechada.Parecia querer mais me vigiar do que me atender. Fui embora da loja e ela sequer agradeceu pela compra . Foi em direção a porta da loja para falar com uma amiga, cumprimenta-la. Não sei se TB era atendente da loja esta amiga. Só sei que eu não fui bem tratada.
The products are good. But some attendants are inattentive. Last time I went I felt underserved. The girl was not showing interest in attending me. It wasn't proactive. She was standing in a corner, only answering what I asked, frowning. She seemed to want more to watch me than to attend me. I left the store and she didn't even thank me for the purchase.
