Apesar de o horário ser marcado, o atendimento é por ordem de chegada. Fui atendido uns 20 minutos após o previsto. O local é realmente muito bom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 11 horas da manhã . Perguntei se tinha horário disponível. Agendaram -me para 11:30. Nesse mesmo horário chegou uma pessoa que também tinha agendado, por telefone, para o horário de 11:30. Ela simplesmente passou na minha frente porque escolheu ser atendida pela profissional que já estava designada para me atender. Detalhe: ela escolheu na hora que chegou. Daí eu deveria aguardar. Claro que não aguardei. Fui procurar outro local para ser melhor atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente ha bastante tempo, mesmo tendo varias deficiencia em atendimento, desorganicao nas agendas, funcionarias com.conversas paralelas enquanto cliente aguardava. Hoje foi o fim ao chegar na loja no shopping as 21.02hs fui informada pelo atendente Sara que nao mais atendia. Que o horario era so ate as 21.00hs. Questionei, onde estava esta informacao. Porque em toda rede social e informacao do google. Horario csdastrado era das 10.00 as 22.00. E mesmo assim nao me atenderam e nao tinha nenhum cliente na loja. E todos as funcionarias estavam la. SENDO QUE SOU CLIENTE COM.COMBO PAGO ANTECIPADO. Ou seja ja paguei pelo servico em janeiro de 2019. Ao consultar no google para mostrar para atendente o horario informado. Fiquei surpresa com a nota recebida pelos usuarios. De media 2.3 isso comprova a falta de profissionalismo. Da unidade sao luis. E AINDA SE RECUSARAM A DEBOLVER O DINHEIRO QUE PAGUEI E NAO USEI. NAO INDICO ESTA EMPRESA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei fraco. O atendimento foi rápido. As atendentes são educadas e o preço é 55 reais na primeira vez que vai ser atendido, mas achei o design meio fraco. Tem lugares bem mais qualificados, em que o desenho da sobrancelha fica bem mais bonito. Na minha opinião teria que ter gente de melhor qualificação, deve melhorar nesse ponto.
I found it weak. Service was quick. The attendants are polite and the price is 55 reais the first time you will be seen, but I found the design a little weak. There are much more qualified places, where the eyebrow design is much prettier. In my opinion there would have to be better qualified people, they should improve at this point.
