★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei há uns 3 ou 4 meses quase 700,00 por 2 Eames simples - achando que a qualidade seria bem melhor do que as de 80,00 que se vê por aí... - puro engano! Em 60 dias uma delas rachou o assento no local do aparafusamento dos pés (não foi utilizado por ninguém acima de 70 kg), e a loja se eximiu de qualquer responsabilidade. Não comprem nessa loja, pelo valor que cobram e pela qualidade dos produtos melhor gastar bem menos, em outro estabelecimento, ciente que não vai durar muito...
I paid about 3 or 4 months ago almost 700.00 for 2 simple Eames - thinking that the quality would be much better than the 80.00 that you see out there ... - pure mistake! In 60 days, one of them cracked the seat at the place where the feet were screwed (it was not used by anyone over 70 kg), and the store disclaimed any responsibility. Do not buy in this store, for the amount they charge and for the quality of the products, better to spend much less, in another establishment, aware that it will not last long ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei há uma semana via whatsapp 3 banquetas altas de metal com o Thiago. O mesmo foi muito solícito e no dia seguinte do pagamento me entregou as 3 em casa. Só que uma delas estava com amassados mais relevantes e as outras duas com amassados mais leves. Mandei mensagem para ele e o mesmo me informou que as mesmas seriam trocadas na semana seguinte. Hoje o rapaz que faz o transporte veio com três banquetas da mesma cor e modelo, inteiras, sem nenhum amassado. Fiquei satisfeita com o modo como foi feito o atendimento do pré e do pós venda e com a rapidez da troca.
I bought 3 high metal stools a week ago via whatsapp with Thiago. He was very helpful and the day after the payment he gave me the 3 at home. Only one of them had more relevant dents and the other two with lighter dents. I sent a message to him and he informed me that they would be exchanged the following week. Today, the boy who transports it came with three stools of the same color and model, whole, without any dents. I was satisfied with the way the pre- and post-sales service was done and with the speed of the exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei três cadeiras, fui muito bem atendida na loja. Entretanto, quando recebi as duas primeiras o serviço de tapeçaria estava mal feito, com dobras e tecidos com furo como se estivesse rasgada. Concordaram em refazer, apesar de eu ter que levar a cadeira na loja no meu carro,
Daí recebi a terceira cadeira de escritório de outro modelo, um lado do braço estava mais alto que o outro. Ficaram me questionando e não quiseram arrumar, preferiram devolver a primeira parcela.
Fiquei decepcionada!!! Confiram tudo, eles questionam as críticas.
I bought three chairs, I was very well attended at the store. However, when I received the first two, the upholstery service was poorly done, with folds and fabric with holes as if it had been torn. They agreed to redo it, even though I had to take the chair to the store in my car,
Then I received the third office chair of another model, one side of the arm was higher than the other. They kept questioning me and didn't want to fix it, they preferred to return the first installment.
