★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se iludam com faixadas espelhadas e nomes chics: Os prédios da Grand são péssimos. Os engenheiros não tem a preocupação de aproveitar a circulação natural de ar em todos os apartamentos. Portanto, seus moradores tem de recorrer a ventiladores e ar condicionados, criando mais despesas. Isso sem falar nas cozinhas e áreas de serviços: na hora de cozinhar as cozinhas ficam tão quentes quanto um forno a 200°, além de graças a falta de circulação de ar, as roupas demoram a secar. A mesma coisa com a iluminação, não aproveitam a iluminação natural, deixando partes do apartamento ou do prédio completamente dependentes de iluminação artificial, por exemplo os corredores do Ed. Arezzo, onde moro. Os engenheiros vão completamente na contramão da tendencia atual de prédios mais sustentáveis.
