Não cumpriram o prazo, não telefonaram avisando que os óculos já tinham chegado a unidade e nem se dão o trabalho de atender o telefone da loja. Eu dei entrada nos óculos no dia 26/8 com prazo para retirar no dia 15/9 (eu ia viajar no dia 17/9), mas até hoje (20/9) eles não tiveram a decência de avisar se chegou e nem de pedir meu endereço para enviar o produto para onde vou morar. Não recomendo fazer seus óculos aqui.
I've been making glasses here for many years, but the last experience was the worst I've ever had! They did not meet the deadline, did not call to say that the glasses had already arrived at the unit and did not even bother to answer the phone at the store. I entered my glasses on 8/26 with a deadline to withdraw on 9/15 (I was going to travel on 9/17), but until today (9/20) they did not have the decency to let me know if they arrived or ask for my address to send the product to where I will live. I don't recommend making your glasses here.

I make my glasses for many years in this store!!! Sometimes it delays a bit but their after sales are impeccable. Cleaning, exchanges, all free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO cumpre os prazos , não sabem o quê está acontecendo por conta da demora já estou há quase 1 mês esperando o óculos chegar onde o prazo eram , no máximo, 10 dias. Não retornam para o Cliente. Descaso total , não recomendo
I do not meet the deadlines, do not know what is happening because of the delay I have been almost 1 month waiting for the glasses to reach where the deadline was at most 10 days. Do not return to Customer. Total neglect, I do not recommend
